Beautiful Southport, Golf Frontage & Oak Island Beach club .New Quartz counters

Beautiful location. Bedrooms were very spacious, and one even had its own thermostat and coffee maker and wine fridge! Great view of the golf course.

Location was great but it is a little complicated to get to the property. However, we had a great time not enough to do everything is offer.

Our host was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely condo, beautifully decorated and super clean!!! Will definitely return! 5 stars!

Perfect quiet place with beautiful golf course view from top floor. Very clean, extremely comfortable, everything we needed in the nicely updated kitchen. Wonderful host too! We plan to stay there again.

Absolutely Beautiful!! This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, the view of the golf course was amazing.

The condo was beautiful! Everything was spotless and well maintained. Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated all the little details, such as luxury towels and linens, kitchen was well stocked with everything, Keurig and drip coffee makers, board games and local information. The map was very helpful in navigating the complex. We enjoyed fishing at the docks and lake area. The screened porch was great for enjoying morning coffee, or having dinner overlooking the pond and golf course. Our host was impeccable with communication about our stay and any issues that might arise. Pool was very clean and located just across from the building. Would definitely stay here again! Property exactly as listed. Had everything need for our 3 night stay. Communication with property manager was prompt. A little drive to shops and beach but not overwhelming. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the lodging. There were toys for my grandson and games to share with him and the adults. The grounds were lovely and would love to stay there again!

Great stay. Great host. Condo a bit far from the entrances so plan for a drive if leaving the plantation for shopping or dining (other than the one restaurant at the marina). The only other negative was that we found the ad to be a little bit unclear when it stated the use of the beach club. It's important, we feel, to be upfront in the ad that parking is not included at the beach club, so you need to plan to pay to park and be sure parking is available. We didn't have a problem since the weather wasn't great. Also, bring your own chairs, etc. from the condo because there is nothing available to borrow from the beach club to take onto the beach. Still, with these things, we loved St James plantation.

We stayed here for a wedding within the community and it was lovely! Location was perfect for our needs and everything was exactly as described. We felt very at home during our stay!

The condo is clean and beautiful! My daughter and I absolutely loved spending time out on the balcony overlooking the golf course, and the beach club access is a GAME CHANGER. Having access to bathrooms and an oceanside pool when you’re at the beach with children is ideal. This place felt like home, and Trish was so good to answer any question I had during our stay.

1st time guest and would return. Host very helpful from the first contact and responsive to every question. The pullout couch was not as comfortable as hoped so the kids slept on the sofa. I knew this was a possibility though. Thank you.

My sister and I enjoyed our first family vacation in Southport at this beautiful condo. It's comfortable, clean and perfectly set up for 2 couples. The location is peaceful and quiet. Trish was wonderful in providing us with suggestions for our stay. We are already planning our next visit.

The condo is clean, modern and quiet - with a beautiful screened porch and golf course view. Really appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedroom too. Ample parking and an easy drive to both Oak Island beaches and the cute town of Southport. We loved having access to the nice bathrooms at the Beach Club. Trish was super responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Thanks for making our family vacation a great one!

First...Trish is fantastic! Very accommodating and extremely good too work with. The condo was VERY clean and did not feel like a rental. The complex was friendly, quiet, and relaxing. The entire St James area feels like you're in a resort when your driving through. The instructions were spot on and helpful. Lots of food options within a 15-20min drive. The only issue was the beachfront pool was closed for renovations.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Linens, beds, sofas, kitchen, outdoor porch, all very comfortable. Very clean and suited for 4 guests. Will highly recommend.
