Beautiful South end property-4BR/2nd floor - 1.5 blocks to beach!

The house is 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from the boardwalk. The check in process was super easy and Brad was very responsive. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation.

We just got back from a week here and we had a blast. House was clean and is located a very short walk to a gigantic beach which was basically empty. The house had beach chairs and a cart for use in the garage, outdoor shower and a hose right there to clean off before going inside with sand. Kitchen was spacious and had many pots to cook. The outdoor covered deck with the BBQ was our most used outdoor space. We only got one good sunset from the rooftop but it was pretty. The other days it happened to rain at sunset or we were busy but a nice bonus. You can park in the garage, driveway or plenty of parking in front of the house as well. I would definitely stay here again and any questions or concerns before or during the trip the owner got back to me within minutes.

This beach house is perfect for a family vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and the owners let you use the beach chairs and supplies in the garage (including a beach cart and toys if you have little ones). It's a drive or bike ride to the boardwalk, but that makes both the neighborhood and beach quieter. There are two off-street parking spaces (one in the garage) and plenty of on-street parking. The owner, Brad is the best owner of any rental property I have stayed at. He responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful. The house is beautiful, and well stocked with anything you might need. Don't forget to go up to the upper deck for sunset, you can see the sun right over the marsh!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beach house for a family vacation. The location was perfect for a peaceful week of sun, sand, waves, and bike riding. We were not sure how COVID would affect our OCNJ traditions. We were happy to be away from crowds. The kids did not mention the boardwalk or the rides even once! (Although they're only a short car ride away, and would be easily accessible from this house.) There was a minor issue with the door lock which Brad attended to promptly. The house could have been better stocked with supplies like hand soap and toilet paper, and mattresses could have been more comfortable--but these were minor concerns in otherwise very pleasant accommodations!

Always great to get to the shore....even better when the house you rent was incredible!

It's true. The owner cares and it shows. Super clean super nice house. We stayed a whole month and if it makes sense for us we will do it again next year and at this house again. Be aware for elderly people it has a lot of stairs, but for those able it's worth it. Great porch great roof deck great master suite. My wife was thrilled by how clean and if you know of rentals it can be an issue. Definitely rent this house bit not when I want it.

We enjoyed our second stay at this beautiful home! House was clean and well equipped and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Great location in relation to the beach and we enjoyed eatting on the balcony every night!

This home is just beautiful. We rented it for members of the groom's family to stay in during the weekend of my daughter's wedding in Ocean City. It accommodated them perfectly and the two little boys loved the bunk beds with stairs. The owner was very nice and allowed us to have a later check out time on Sunday. We would definitely stay there again if possible. Thank you to the owner for being so cooperative.
