Beautiful Shorehom By The Sea Condo W/ L-shaped Balcony & Panoramic Ocean Views!

Beautiful condo, very comfortable beds, very equipped kitchen, easy check in and check out, a lot of towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, very responsive host and beautiful view! Definitely recommended and definitely we will come back this year! Cozy, quiet, relaxing and beautiful!

Absolutely loved this place. The view is stunning and the porch is so close to water it feels like you are on the beach. One of the best equipped condos we have ever stayed in which was great because we flew in from Nashville. I would 100% recommend booking this place. We hope to be back ourselves next year.

I have been renting vacation condos for 50 years. This is one of the best. It was well equipped with umbrellas, chairs and towels. Everything you could possibly need for the kitchen was available. The owner responded quickly.

The view as soon as you walk in is amazing. Then you're amazed again as the beauty of the condo hits you. The balcony and how it is set up to be like a corner unit is awesome. This condo is well stocked from the kitchen, to the linens and towels, to the beach equipment. Such an amazing week in a beautiful location!

This condo building has a great location on a no drive beach area, it’s 2 smaller buildings we’ll maintained with a beautiful pool area and landscaped grounds. This condo unit has been updated and is nicely decorated. This is the best we’ve stayed in after 20 years in NSB

The Shorehom by the Sea condo was amazing for our family on spring break! The condo was clean and decked out with everything we needed. The location felt safe (no drive part of the beach) and our kids loved the pool. The surf fishing was great too! We will be coming back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The direct ocean view was awesome. The ocean-inspired decor is well done. The kitchen is well equipped.We would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend Lonnie’s condo. Clean, updated and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. Beds were comfortable and the linens plush. Kitchen is well outfitted. Great room separation. Plenty of closet space and beach equipment provided. Thank you for hosting our family.

Can't say enough good things about the unit. Condo was as advertised. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, beach items were all there and views from the balcony were amazing. The only negative was the issue with the elevator not functioning properly. A member of our group was handicapped. This made it difficult for us to access our third floor room. I will say that Lonnie answered my call immediately and was diligent about trying to resolve the problem. While we had some ups and downs. Pun intended. We enjoyed our stay.

Due to the approaching storm we have decided to head home a day ahead of our previous departure date. We will be departing at 10 am today. You have a lovely property and we hope to return sometime in the future. We absolutely love your condo and New Smyrna Beach. We had hoped to do lots more but Mother Nature calls - we hope to return here when weather is lots better - thank you sooo much. Hoping the storm does not do any damage to your area

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean, spacious, fully equipped for relaxation. From beach chairs to board games to everything you need to prepare a meal and dine in. Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the sunrises with coffee in the morning. Pool was warm and clean.

Property was exactly as advertised.

The property was clean & had everything needed for a week at the beach, our family really enjoyed our time. The spacious balcony was especially great with amazing views.

Overall a nice quiet place to stay. Plenty of room in the unit and everything was clean. The ceiling fan switch in the main bedroom had a short in it so it didn’t work much . Nice to have all of the beach supplies in the room to use

This condo was absolutely everything anyone could ask for. Spotless clean! It had so many extras and toys that we didn’t need to buy anything except food. Chairs, wagons, boogie boards. Next year we will be back and we’re staying an extra week!!

Kitchen faucet was repaired while we were there. It took 2 hours. Electric went out one day for 2 hours. Then again for 16 hours which included overnight. Uncomfortable sleeping. The pool was Great! View of the beach was beautiful!! Great restaurants & the Condo was nice.

Condo was everything we were looking for, great location and very nice plays.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach was not at all crowded and had more shells wash up than any place in Florida we have been except Sanibel/Captiva. Well stocked throughout the unit.
