BEAUTIFUL SECOND FLOOR BEACHFRONT UNIT - No cleaning fees

We had four adults and two children staying eight days and this condo worked perfectly for all of us. My husband and I stayed in the main bedroom that had a very comfortable queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and sweeping ocean view. My cousin and her husband kids had their own “wing” of the condo with two bedrooms and a bathroom down a separate hallway. This gave both families a little privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The outside closet on the balcony had five or six beach chairs and an umbrella and lots of beach toys. Perfect for the beautiful beach days we enjoyed. There is also a nice outdoor dining table with six chairs making it great for enjoying morning coffee or dinner at sunset. We thought overlooking the pool might be too loud but it was never an issue since quiet time began at 10pm which we ensured a peaceful night sleep. Our only issue was noisy neighbors in the condo above us our first night which began around 4am. This was not our owners fault and after a quick text with Bonnie and we never heard them again. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

We had the best wekend getaway at this

Everything was amazing. From the view to the cleanliness of the room. We really enjoyed the stay here. The only thing was the 13 year old rule on the hot tub. My kids were bummed because that's one of the reasons we booked a stay here and they couldn't get in. Other then that no complaints.

Absolutely perfect. We have been to the Gulf five or six times and this is probably our favorite property. 2nd floor, so you don't need the elevator. Oceanfront but also looks down on the pool. The master faces the ocean, there was plenty of room for our family of 5, each kid had their own bed...full washer and dryer. Just perfect.

Stay was amazing. Property is great! Furniture in the living room has been updated(Blue in case the pictures are updated later) with very nice and comfortable couches and chairs. TONS of beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, umbrella, sand toys you name it its there. In the kitchen there are plenty of everything, we even used the crockpot and waffle maker. We enjoyed some of the games provided in the condo. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. There are a number of rules for the pool and property, but that is what keeps it nice! ie no kids under 12 in hot tub, no drinks other than water in indoor pool, and they are enforced. The parking fee is also now 50 per car I think it says 30 on the listing. I wouldn't hesitate to book this, we will definitely return.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the deck that over looked the beach. It was so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores.

This condo is just perfect for a beach vacation! You have a beautiful view of the beach and pool. It was cool while we were there but we still hung out on the balcony everyday! Plenty of room inside and lots of extras. Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so nice so we didn’t have to rent them. Overall a great time!

Everything was perfect!

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed ourselves. The accessibility to the beach and the size of the complex are a plus.

Loved our stay. The condo was roomy and light with a lot of beautiful views. It was well furnished with everything we needed to have a relaxing wonderful stay. The owner is accommodating and kind The manager and grounds caretakers were all friendly. Even the young man who rents the chairs was very nice even though we didn’t rent a chair.

The property is kept up well and the condo was the perfect location on the corner and overlooking the pool and view of the beach.
