Beautiful Sawgrass Country Club condo! 3 day min

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this condo. It was extremely clean and quiet and the host was very responsive when we had questions. It is 10 minutes from the beach and close to some great restaurants and shopping areas. The only reason we give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it needs a few minor repairs and the beds are all very hard. Overall it was a great stay!

Could use some upgrading, shower need improvement

The condo is located in a gated community and is simple to enter. It is comfortable and spacious with a living room and a sunroom/sitting room that faces East. Great place for morning coffee or to get away from the tv and cozy up with a book. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, just like your own home. The master bedroom with master bathroom and closet are large as it includes a sitting area, with desk, perfect for a work from home space. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are nice to have if guests stay overnight. The two laminated instructions sheets are helpful and informative. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking a 3 mile loop around and only a fifteen/twenty minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it.

We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s well-appointed beautiful condo! We loved the decor of denim sofas in the living room, sizable dining table for meals and card playing on rainy afternoons. It was extra convenient to have full bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a first floor powder room. The air conditioning was robust and refreshing. We definitely would book again, and we would recommend it to family and friends. The Sawgrass community was beautiful and the gate employees were friendly. We enjoyed both the lap swimming fitness pool and the pool that was merely steps away from the condo. We appreciated the Sawgrass TPC stores across the street, including Foxtail Coffee, the Publix, Peterbrooke Chocolates, Nona Blue restaurant. Also, we loved Aneyo Mexican grill, Sliders, and Cap’s at Neptune Beach, PVB and St. Augustine. We enjoyed our visit to the Cummer Gallery in Jacksonville; it is a fabulous collection of art. We enjoyed driving by the Ponte Vedra home and Avondale area apartment we lived in 30 years ago, If I had to list any difficulties, I would say that as tall people (5’10” to 6’2”, we had our feet right at the end or over the end of the twin beds) And maybe it’s truly just us, but we prefer softer mattresses. Also, when the load of clothes and towels in the washing machine got unbalanced, it made loud banging noises and got wrapped around the tall agitator and would not fully drain water.

Our family rented this property 2 years ago and we were happy it was availability again this year. The location is convenient to get to the beach and restaurants, it is clean, and has many amenities that a typical rental does not. 100% would stay again!
