Beautiful Renovated Condo 2nd Ocean Block

Had everything we needed and perfect location!

It was a wonderful stay and family reunion- loved the location, decor, the screen porch!- and the ocean so close… wish check out was 11:00, since getting the sheets removed from beds and tidying up takes a bit more time. But really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice place. We had a great week! Very clean, close to everything... the only negative for us was that 1 of the queen size beds was very firm and my son had difficulty sleeping and the king size bed was also uncomfortable (depressions ) which was not ideal. Loved the ceiling fans! Just a heads up, you must bring your own trash bags and dish soap, or you can purchase at the corner store as I did!

Property was well managed. Communication with property manager was seamless. A very well stocked closet was available to us with sand toys, beach chairs, and other items that were perfect for the kids to enjoy the ocean. The only item that could use addrssing is the cleanliness of the pool.

We loved this condo! The location is a few short steps from the beach, within walking distance of the main streets shops and restaurants. The condo is very modern and clean- beds are very comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is renovated and well stocked. The screened in back deck was a huge bonus- great for morning coffee. It was great to have the pool- small but well maintained. Be aware, the pool deck is extremely hot from the sun. Loved every second of our stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We had stayed in this building last year but a different unit. We loved the layout of this one as a family with little ones and it was so nicely furnished, appliances new and in great shape. Also plenty of beach gear which is always appreciated when traveling with a large family!

Great location to restaurants and friends that live in Lewis

It was a great stay! We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child. Ample parking for all 3 couples. The beach closet was so stocked and awesome! I was a little disappointed the pool was not heated this time of year. The porches were fabulous to sit on after returning in the evening for bedtime for the little one. It was clean, spacious, bedrooms were spread out, close to the boardwalk and beach, plenty of restaurants nearby ... just a really great place to stay!

So happy to find this gem. It was very clean. It was an easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with beach gear too. We would definitely stay here again

The property had everything we were looking for- close to the beach/boardwalk, a pool, plenty of space for my three-generation family of seven people, beach closet with everything we needed for the beach/pool, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend this property to others. We are hoping we can book again for next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful condo, everything was as pictured. We have stayed at a few different units in this complex over the years and we all agreed this was our favorite! Easy check in and check out.

There was some construction that was very inconvenient in many ways. However, Remax and the owners were so accommodating that I can not say enough about their level of concerns. We will be back for years! The condo is so beautiful, up to date and we will rent again and again.
