Stayed Feb 19, 2026This condo was located in the perfect spot for a Peak 9 Breck vacation. We were able to walk to the base for renting our equipment and skiing each day as well as easy access to all things Breckenridge from shopping to restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The condo is a cozy first floor 2 bedroom unit. Having a king and a queen bed was excellent for 2 couples ... no adults climbing into bunk beds. The living room has enough space to pull out the couch and sleep 2 more, if needed. The bathrooms were updated, and the kitchen had everything you need for small meals. There was a Base 9 community hot tub near by that was a great way to end the day. The hosts were fantastic with communication and everything you need to know for a comfortable stay is well documented. We loved this condo and would definitely stay again next year.
