Bright, clean newly renovated studio. This condo is located right in town, on the green shuttle line to the ski area. Includes a SKI locker at Canyon lodge. Next best thing to ski in-ski out and you won’t have to schlep your gear to the Mountain each day. It’s nice to be able to hit the locker throughout the day to discard or grab extra layers, snacks etc.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Property is misleading if you want to Yosemite it is 30 miles from the north entrance but that is 2.5 hours from Yosemite valley. Great view

Stayed Jul 12, 2020Super clean and professionally managed property. We loved the central location and the massive tv/fast internet. I would pick this condo over a hotel every time I come up to mammoth. Susan did an excellent job and the rates were super fair for the quality of condo. Everything was modern and we had all the kitchen amenities we could ask for to feel like home.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026The condo is cozy and perfectly equipped, and it’s a short walk to a few restaurants. It’s very quiet, the hot tub is large and clean,and the locker at Canyon Lodge is a fabulous perk. I hope to be back!

Stayed Feb 16, 2026This place is a must if you are looking for a cozy Mammoth retreat. Susan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Overall the place was very nice and updated. It is a great location with food and groceries all walking distance. The lodge is nearby and we were able to find a nice sledding location at Shady Rest Park. The check-in and check out process was very easy. Overall this place had great amenities and provided a comfortable spot for a great vacation. Thanks again!
