Stayed Feb 1, 2025Pleasantly surprised by Ocean Walk. Despite its huge size it was quiet, very little traffic. Grounds are very well maintained. Enclosed parking was appreciated. Owner was quick to respond and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Beach access was good.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This was a quick stop at the beach while in route to Key Largo for dolphin assisted therapy at Island Dolphin Care. Carmen's condo was ideally located, beautifully decorated, quiet and very clean. I had opportunity to communicate with Carmen via text; she was always prompt and very informative. As this was a short stopover we did not use the kitchen except the toaster and fridge but you will find everything needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend Carmen's home should you want a wonderful, warm place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Stayed Apr 22, 2023Everything was just great. The rooms were comfortable, we adored the pool and the balcony. It was extremely spacious and easy to get to. We had hoped to have my family over for dinner but didn't due to scheduling but easily could have. The only thing was that the wifi was a little spotty and kept logging us out. We can't wait to get back.
