Very nice unit - clean and well decorated. Very nice community- gated feels safe inside. No real views of the beautiful mountains and sunsets from the unit location (I only mention this because this is my wife’s favorite part of AZ). Overall good stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, bright and airy. Access to the excellent pool area was easy and you had a orivate parking space albeit not immediately adjacent to the property entrance. Not far though. The host Marcia was outstanding

Excellent location for enjoying the Phoenix Area. Only 25 minute drive to Airport. Very quiet Condo complex and this Second Floor Unit is spacious with nice beds, furniture, and appliances

The place was perfect!

Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again!

Marcia was a gracious host and the condo had all we needed. Pool is just down the stairs and quite clean, nice and warm. Hot tub perfect for soak after long days adventuring.

Beautiful condo. Close to the Pool & Hot tub. Handicap parking was available. Attention to detail. Coffee & water bottles were avail. Some nice soaps & detergent & dishwasher soap. Plenty of towels & linens. Marcia was easy to reach for anything. Very professional. Thanks.
