Beautiful Phoenix Vista Condo Sleeps 8, Wifi, Cable, 3 Pools, Gated, Quiet!

Great condo, super clean and quiet. Loved the gated community and the pools were quiet. The host was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Host was very responsiveness. Amenities of development are very nice and we enjoyed using them.

The host was wonderful, very easy to deal with!Had lots of great ideas for things to do.

Highly Recommend!! Gated community paradise in the rolling hills of Phoenix. This property is not only nestled beautifully in a very well-known resort. The condo itself is warm, inviting and has more than everything you need and provides an impeccably charming ‘home away from home.’The host is amazing, friendly, rapid to respond and makes you feel like an old friend and I assure you, I’m a tough customer. I travel frequently and this is a property. I would highly recommend and I will make my first choice again when traveling. Bravo! Thank you for a wonderful stay! RZ

For a fabulous adult family getaway, this is the place! From the lovely balcony for morning coffee to a gathering area at the dining table for game night, this clean, nicely decorated condo meets expectations. Joel is incredibly nice and leaves detailed instructions for every aspect. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful quiet property in a beautiful complex. Comfortable beds and amenities made it feel like home. Owner was great to communicate with and thought of everything you could need -down to a lint roller and cosmetic trays in a bathroom drawer. We look forward to staying there again.

Joel was a perfect host. He answered our questions in a timely manner and provided information as requested. The condo is located in a great location with view of hills. It is close to everything we needed especially hiking trails. We would recommend Joel’s condo to anyone who appreciates cleanliness, location and owner’s ride in ownership. Enjoy!!!

I came to PHX for my grandpas funeral, Joel made sure things went extremely smooth from beginning to end!

The condo was clean, spacious, and met all of our needs. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony soaking in the Arizona sun. The pools are heated and everyone we encountered around the complex was very friendly and welcoming. The majority of our activities were about a 25 min drive, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The kitchen was well stocked. While we didn’t have any needs while we were there, Joel sent easy instructions on getting into the property which made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if ever in the area.

My family just came down to stay here. It was a perfect little place for our family. Very clean, has everything you need Joel is a wonderful owner. He checks in and makes sure everything is well and leaves you lots of great places to visit and also eat. The pool is wonderful it wasn’t super hot while we were there but pool was heated so we still got to enjoy it. You get a nice little parking spot and this place is close to everything. If you have kids highly recommend the zoo it’s huge. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this place. ?

This condo is in a beautiful complex with a Spanish style environment. It has aesthetically pleasing fountains located at the traffic circles within the gated community. The condo had everything we needed and Joel was very quick with his replies to our questions. We had a very peaceful, quiet trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Its a great place to relax and unwind. From the moment you drive into the gated complex to the condo its easy to find, easy parking and a great condo. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in northern Phoenix for a few days or more...

This beautiful, clean, quiet condo was a perfect fit for me and my two granddaughters ages 6 and 10. Fully stocked and two minute walk to a wonderful pool and hot tub. Twenty minute drive to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Heard Museum. Kroger/Fry’s grocery store was just down the road. I would stay again upon return to Phoenix.
