Beautiful On Beach, Siletz Bay-front Lincoln City, Condo, Wifi, Ocean Bay View

Really beautiful place, very convenient to Lincoln City, plenty of parking, and elevator access. From booking to checking out, the hosts were very helpful, and we had zero issues with the experience. The view is lovely, and the close access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but nothing that will keep us from returning to this property again soon.

We stayed during the Christmas holidays to visit with our son who lives near by. Loved the location and would love to go back when the weather is warmer so we could take advantage of the bay for kayaking or paddle boarding. We would definitely book again.

Celebrating Wife's Birthday! First time staying here. It is very well maintained, clean, stocked with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. View of the Bay was awesome (Second Floor - perfect)! Went to Depoe Bay for dinner and saw multiple whales (over course of about 1 hour) from the restaurant! Right place at the right time!! We will return for a future stay. Thank you.

The view was spectacular. The location was perfect the amenities were spot on, the place was very comfortable, with the exception that the upstairs neighbor was remodeling I think probably reflooring their unit. A lot of construction noise for most of the day light hours.

Great stay! Property was clean and welcoming, check-in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed the location with lots of shops and restaurants not far at all while still being quiet and relaxing.

A wonderful gem of a spot. This is probably the best value I have ever gotten in my vacation rental history. The location was perfect, right near all the things we wanted to do. The property was very clean and quiet. We loved the reclining chairs in the living room and found ourselves watching the tides from then on more than one occasion. I would recommend this place to anyone and consider coming back myself the next time we’re in Lincoln City.

Great property nicely updated. Great area for food and fun. Terrific beach with a view from our second story condo. We have stayed here several times.

We were pleasantly surprised and had a great stay. However, do not leave even a crumb any place because there is a big ant problem. Make sure you put everything away. Also I suggest you put screens up on the deck so the swallows don’t make such a mess. Great views of the bay and really a wonderful place to stay.

This condo is in amazing location! It’s right on the bay with a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The view is spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and appliances. Even had a small keurig! My small and only complaint is that the bedding was a little worn ( ripped) and the pillows had a slight musty smell. We brought our own so that wasn’t a problem. Opening the window helped air out the bedroom. With that we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. Great hosts who worked well with us. The furniture and bed could be updated. But other than that, the view was beautiful, everything worked great, and we loved our family vacation!

My husband and I stayed here in April, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The interior was nicely decorated and had beautiful artwork. The balcony had a view of the bay with easy access, and close to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this condo.

This Waters Edge condominium is very comfortable for a couple's relaxing stay at Siletz Bay. It is fully furnished with a complete kitchen and is conveniently located close to the beach access, a grocery store and several restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely recommend it.

This is a great little condo to rent, right on the beach. All the amenities needed to good some good food, very comfortable space, and within walking distance of everything. Great little find we plan on visiting again.

This is our second year booking this condo and we love the location. It’s away from the busier spots on Hwy 101 so a more peaceful place to stay. We take the short walk to the public beach each morning and again in the evening to watch the sunset. The condo is comfortable and well-equipped. The stacked washer and dryer were appreciated. Lincoln City has lots to see and it’s a great home base for day trips north and south along the coast.

This was the perfect place to stay for my visit to Lincoln City. The condo is close to everything and steps away from the beach. The space was well equipped and clean.

First off the owner changed the number of people to 1 instead of 2 husband fixed it, then right off the bat my grandson ripped his toe from a nail in the hall exposed carpet. Needs drastic upgrades, then some one kept telling the owner we were too loud there were ton of kids staying at this resort screaming had too many people I have my own place the rest stayed at. I swear she had a spy then the shower broke so my daughter came to my place to shower they did get a plumber the next day the lady was a nag calling me complaining she lives in Portland. We got accused of taking a key the plumber lost none of this was true why would I take a key? hello then we went to check out by11:00 bam she called me at 11:02 gee we did the best we could. She ruined my trip I've stayed at Waters Edge a lot because of the location this was the worst owners I've met. I usually never speak to a owner but not this lady miss complainer I am pretty sure her cleaning lady had a lot to do with the mis information now so be aware she has people watching every move you make instead of wanting them to have a great trip relax enjoy the ocean & family time. I told her life's to short to sweat the small stuff I will say her husband was the sain one & was nice to me. Calmed me down. Anyway, I was pretty darn upset, but Waters Edge is a great Condominium to stay at for families!

Furniture and bed were comfortable with a great view of the bay. Would stay there again. Needed a better stocked bathroom - only had one washcloth and no bath mat

Girls weekend getaway with my two adult, daughters, such a perfect fit right next to the water and walking distance to many stores, restaurants and antique shops too! Would definitely come back to stay here again!
