Stayed Mar 16, 2024Although this property is older, it has been updated. The location could not be better, right on the beach with a pool. For a couple or a family with smaller children, it is an ideal, affordable spot for NSB.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024The location to and views of the ocean and beach area is great. Check-in and the property manager were easy and great. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it but it is dated and the bathroom showers and tub area really need to be updated. Parking is very close and convenient and the area is very quiet and lovely.

Stayed Mar 3, 2024We wanted to be on the south end of New Smyrna Beach close to where my parents had a place when I was younger. This place did not disappoint, and we will come back here if it's available. The beach area is really nice and the pool and pool deck were great too. I would recommend this place.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This was our 4th year staying at Ocean South and we are never disappointed. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Our condo, B103, was beautiful and comfortable. Suzanne was easily accessible and responded promptly. We hope to return next year...as long as we can find an opening.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Great condo for families with kids. Ocean/pool view. Friendly community. Grounds are clean and well kept. Condo itself could use a little routine maintenance and the shared upstairs balcony is not very private. Grocery stores within a short distance. Nothing within walking distance, which for us is nice, but others may want better access to shops, etc. Beautiful wide private beach with little traffic. We would definitely stay here again!
