The complex is secured with gated access for added peace of mind. Located on the ground floor, this vacation rental provides easy access to both the beach and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. Please note that the homeowner's association does not allow Spring Break groups. Additionally, if you have two dogs weighing a maximum of 25 pounds each, you can bring them along for a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per dog. With its prime location, you can easily walk to the island's best restaurants and shops. IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #105 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs in our property with a charge of $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

11. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service at all hours. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Early check in and/or Late check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

    When i rent with Blue ocean vacation is always a breeze. Its our getaway from home. We love it because its so cozy. The minute you walk in, it feels like you are walking to a tropical island. From the cleanliness, the atmosphere, its outstanding and im not exaggerating. The communication with the owners is a key for us to keep coming back. They always make sure everything is good from the minute that you get to the condo till you leave. Its completely equipped kitchen, laundry( this is great so you don't have to take wet clothes back home) I look forward to go back very very soon with my family.

    This vacation could not have been better. The accommodations were excellent. The house was well furnished with all the needs for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker. The family was very happy with easy access to the beach and the pool. As soon as we entered it felt like home. We definitely will look for this unit for next year!     Our trip was amazing as always. The condo host was wonderful. We did encounter a plug not working and needed a can opener. The host Rod and Rosa took care of both issues quickly!! The condo is very comfortable. This one is on the first floor right by the pool which was amazing for our group!

    This place is great! Highly recommend it for you. We have stayed here twice and my grandkids have loved it. Close to swimming pool and beach, quiet and secure. All the amenities provided are great. Don't have any complaints after staying twice for a week at a time. Rod & Rosa are great hosts and respond quickly to all concerns and questions! Loved it and will be back!

    We will definitely stay again. Clean, organized, great amenities, fully equipped with the essentials, seems remodeled recently and very functional. We loved it! What I would urge the property manager to improve is the check-in process, the gate code was wrong, although they were responsive, it took a while to figure out and pass on to me, there was no instructions where the front desk is and hours of operation, so I could not even ask someone to let me in to reach the front desk. The car sign had the wrong ap#, and wrong dates (showed checkout before my stay), and it was unclear if there was a parking spot assigned. The welcome kit does not specify the need for wrist bands. After the check in hurdles, the welcoming of the apartment was great, the TVs set to soothing images and songs was a VERY nice touch. The whole stay was amazing, and checkout was smooth.
