In the mornings, as you enjoy coffee on the balcony you will marvel at the magnificent sunrises and in the evening, enjoy a romantic beach walk by moonlight. Upon reentering the unit, you will step into the living room which is decorated in neutral tones with a 70 TV. The dining room provides seating for 4 and the bar for 3. The kitchen has granite countertops and has stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom is furnished with a high-end queen-size mattress, wall mounted TV and 2 closets. The Master bath has a newly renovated tiled shower with a rain shower head. A built-in queen size murphy bed is tucked away in an area off the dining room. This is a gated complex includes an Oceanfront Olympic-size heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills, picnic tables and more located on the property. This unit is a monthly rental.

Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all within a 5-mile radius. Several golf courses are located in New Smyrna and the surrounding area. There are also several entities around the New Smyrna Marina area that rent various boats so you can enjoy a relaxing day on the intercoastal waterway.
The Cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World, Universal, Daytona Speedway, historic St. Augustine and Tanger Outlet mall, along with many other sites are in close proximity to New Smyrna.
