Beautiful Ocean View Condo w/ Full Balcony (2nd floor)

Nyrla had great communication. She was a great host and she made sure we had a perfect stay. The property manager on site named Sam is great to talk to and he is very kind. He also made sure we had everything we needed when we were there. It is a great place to vacation at with your family or friends and it’s very quiet. The parking is a little challenging but other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo is perfect and so beautiful! It is well stocked and equipped. We didn’t need to buy toilet paper or paper towels. There were even some additional things like shampoo and body wash and some stuff that you never knew you needed until you were there. When you sit on the balcony you feel like you are on the beach. The view is gorgeous! It truly is a gem of a place! I highly recommend waking up for a sunrise while you are there! I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the amazing stay Nyrla! We look forward to coming back again in the near future!

This unit was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our beach vacation. The long balcony was right on the ocean and provided spectacular views of the beach. It was hard to say good-bye...

Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Was really awesome to be basically on/over the sand when you look out the balcony because it is so close to the beach. The second bedroom was a little hot in the evenings and through the night but I think because the window in the room in west facing and there were three people in there. Overall didn’t affect our stay, it was still great.

Nyrla as host was great. Inside of the unit and ocean views are great. Building itself a little outdated but looks like they are working on it.

This condo is an annual mainstay for our family vacation! It has everything you need for a great beach vacation!

Our family looks forward to visiting NSB each year and staying here. The condo’s location and layout is perfect for young families because it’s located on the no-drive side of the beach and the second bedroom has bunk beds. We love the open floor plan and having a washer/dryer in the unit. More than anything, the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are so serene. The owner and property manager on-site are so welcoming and communicative. Their warm hospitality makes our visit that much more enjoyable!

Great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our first experience with renting a VRBO. This property and host were beyond welcoming and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. My son adored the bunk beds! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait to come back and visit here again!!

Lovely condo directly on the beach. We had everything we need and more. Plenty of beach toys for the grandchildren and beach chairs and an umbrella for us older folks.

Few great nights and days! In a fabulous rental

Property was beautifully maintained and couldn't have been any closer to the beach. Views were fantastic. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach and crashing into waves.

We enjoyed staying in the condo for the weekend! It was a perfect set up for our family of 4 & we loved being right on the beach & having access to the pool! We also appreciated use of the beach chairs, disposable plates/silverware & complimentary laundry pods. Little details made a difference! The kids bedroom is rather warm though, despite keeping curtain closed. But there were 2 fans provided which helped a little. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great location right on the beach. Nicely updated condo was very comfortable for our family of four. Very nice to have a big pool to hang out in as well. The property manager was friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

We loved our time at Shore villas. Our condo was just beautiful!

Took my granddaughters and a couple of my girlfriends over for a weekend visit before the granddaughters went back to school. We had a great time. The condo is clean and location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay at this Shore Villas Condo at New Smyrna Beach, Florida! The location can’t be beat and the condo is perfect for our family! We will continue to stay here as long as it is available!

Condo is nicely updated, very clean and has amazing full ocean views from main living space and primary bedroom. Love this smaller sized condo complex with easy access to pool and beach. An added bonus is the always smiling and helpful property manager Sam. Fav place to stay in NSB.
