Beautiful Ocean Front 5th Flr Condo

This condo is our home away from home! We have been staying here every summer for years. Scott is so kind and wonderful to work with. The condo location is perfect and the view from the balcony is priceless. The condo is always spotless and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The condo location is always quiet and peaceful but there is so much to do in the area, including Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. This is the perfect place to stay for your beach vacation!

Beautiful view great host

We had a wonderful six day late April stay. Although the weather was cloudy and cool, the unit was all we could hope for. We had two adults in the two bedroom unit, so we had ample space. The unit was well equipped. Communication with Scot was outstanding. Directions for everything you could use were clear and very easy to follow. The beach view was perfect, high enough but not too high. The building was kept clean. The elevator worked well and never had much of a wait. There were plenty of carts for unloading suitcases and groceries. We enjoyed the residents and guests we met. Also a large pool with plenty of chairs for sunning. We highly recommend this unit EXCEPT when we want it again. Thank you Scot!

This property is beautiful inside, and has amazing views of the entire coastline. The communication, prompt response time, and friendliness of the owners, are exceptional. Definitely 10/10

Beach view was great. Condo was nice and clean. Only thing was they were working on place so parking was hard.The bathrooms small but able to manager. Thank goodness for higher commands. We enjoyed our time there.

An amazing place to stay at the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and the loading is great. The condo is fully loaded with everything you could need. And the communication is too notch. I would highly recommended anyone to stay here. I know i will be again

When i vacation at the beach, i always choose an ocean front property. This one didn't disappoint! I loved the corner windows in living room which allowed me to see the sunrise each morning while still in my bathrobe. Bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots, dishes & even ice were plentiful. I'm not sure if this was mentioned in property amenities but the property location has those hotel *bellman carts* to help with transporting all your things AND there are a few shopping carts nearby to help you with hauling groceries! I'd definitely stay again!

We have rented from Scott several times and every time our experienxe is wonderful. This time in particular we were arriving under the threat of a hurricane and he was so helpful with sending weather updates through the VRBO portal. We had a beautiful stay in a beautiful condo and you can't beat that beach view from the balcony!

The condo was great, very clean, comfortable, the views was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!!!! Lori McMurray

Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Sunrise was amazing and dining options plentiful. The shopping is outstanding and many activities for our 10 year old granddaughter who visited for a week

3wk stay. Golfed, went to concert at Alabama, met many friends, went to Charleston overnight. Explored the area and went to the history museum.

We stayed here for the whole month of November. The apartment was as advertised. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It is well situated, close to everything. Shopping, golfing, restaurants are all nearby. Communication with Scott was excellent. Check in and out was very easy. Parking was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the accommodation. Hope to be back next year!

Pictures are accurate, upgraded and very clean. Quite beach with the best view. Easy parking, walking distance to Barefoot Landing and many restaurants. Start your morning watching the sunrise, and see the beautiful sky at sunset. We have booked again for next fall. Our favorite condo in 20 years.
