Stayed Sep 6, 2025Loved having coffee on the deck looking at the ocean. The walk to the ocean was short The only problem was day time noise of construction Couldn’t be helped I’m sure. We hope to be back

Stayed Aug 18, 2025This was THE PERFECT spot for our week in Oceanside!! The property was spotless, spacious, and precisely as described. The grounds are exquisite, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The location couldn't have been more convenient...a short walk to the beach as well as super close to the elevator/pkg. garage. We loved having a reserved pkg spot and not having to jockey for street parking as is often the case in some areas. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Stayed May 12, 2025We arrived to find this condo well-appointed with recent updates and a modern, stocked kitchen, spotless clean, comfortable and with a beautiful ocean view. Walk to beach convenience, as well as walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars, and beach amenities.The bed was very soft, borderline lumpy, and the property manager has a somewhat rigorous set of check-out cleaning requirements that they could tone-down considering that renters are paying a full cleaning fee.Overall, I strongly recommend this condo for a comfortable, convenient, beach front retreat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is beautiful and in excellent location, but be very careful with apt. D100, because it is worn, the pictures on the website are very old. Half of the appliances are either missing or broken. The cherry on the cream is their disgusting tricky game with the allegedly broken lamp. Instead of a compensation, they accuse you with breaking that lamp you have not even touched... The apartman was extremely dirty as well, so I had to start our stay with cleaning and washing the dishes, because they were sticky dirty. The management sent two staff persons who promised compensation, but nothing happened until check out, when after we left the property, called us due to the lamp. We broke nothing of course...
