Beautiful North Scottsdale Condo, Peaceful and Private yet Close to Everything!

Our first time in the Grayhawk area and first time we’d stayed in AZ longer than a week. We were there to hike and golf and location was great for both. The complex was very well taken care of, beyond our expectations actually. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Condo was on the first floor overlooking the pool which we really liked. We used the hot tub daily. Rick, the owner, was a great host. He was very easy to communicate with, super responsive, and checked in mid-stay to endure all was well. The condo could use a little bit of updating but it didn’t affect our stay and Rick mentioned he had things in the works. We are hoping to go back to Rick’s place for a longer period of time next year if we are able.

We stayed at Rick's condo for a month mid-February through mid-March and had a great time. The condo is super clean, it's in a great location, the beds are comfortable and the pool is warm and clean, and Rick is one of the nicest and most responsive hosts we've had the pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his place.

This place was ideal for all our appointments at Mayo. Ground floor made it easy for my husband after surgery. Enjoyed the deck immensely! Very comfortable and quality furnished. Grocery store very close.

The condo is exactly as depicted online (spacious and well laid out). The condo complex, pool area, and entire neighborhood are very well maintained, with nice walking paths. There are many nice restaurants and three good grocery stores nearby. Rick was flexible, gracious, and responsive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a great time, with close friends and family visiting us during the month..

We come to Arizona for two months every winter, and have stayed in several different condos in the Grayhawk area. It is an ideal location with many great restaurants, endless walking paths, and grocery stores nearby, actually within walking distance. This is one of the cleanest, best equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice cookware and both a single serve coffee maker, and a traditional coffee maker, both high quality! Rick was very responsive to our questions, and very pleasant to communicate with. We greatly appreciated the “welcome” basket as well, complete with a bottle of wine! It is a spacious condo, well laid out with a large master bedroom area, private second bedroom area, as well as a third bedroom. It even has a large laundry area which was very convenient for us given we stay for two months! Extra storage space in the laundry as well for all of our “gear”. This would be a very good choice for anyone wishing to experience what we consider the best and most convenient area of Scottsdale! Thanks, Rick!

The property is beautiful comfortable and sparkling clean. The condo is extremely well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and light cleaning supplies. The furniture is comfortable and fresh. The location of the condo within the enclave is close but not too close to the pool, and has a lovely view of landscaping from covered patio. We did not cook because the host had many restaurants suggestions that are convenient and very fun! We would highly recommend this beautiful north Scottsdale condo. Thank you to Rick and Jill

I needed a place to stay while my brother was at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. I found Rick's place and it looked perfect. It really was better than that. It is a beautiful place, with lots of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. The community, the pool, the surroundings were everything I could have asked for. More importantly, the host was so gracious and attentive during the uncertain situation I was in with my brother's health. I couldn't have asked for more. It really made a difficult situation much easier and more peaceful.

Perfect location and great Condo. Very comfortable condo everything was great and Rick was a great host to us. We will be back.
