Beautiful Norris Lake Condo in Deerfield Resort With Views That Can't Be Beat!

Our lakeview condo is situated in the coveted Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake with spectacular views of both the lake and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve.

This condo is equipped with two master bedrooms, each featuring on-suite bathrooms (stand up showers, no bathtubs), and queen sized beds. Our front bedroom has access to the covered deck overlooking the lake. In addition we have a queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the living room. All towels and linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for the lake and pool. With an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room, you'll enjoy the views throughout your stay! We enjoy the undisturbed view of the lake, and as such, there are no window coverings in the living room, so please consider this if using the sleeper sofa.

We offer high-speed internet, and a flat screen TV with access to HULU and Netflix. There are no live channels offered (so plan ahead for your can't-miss sporting events). Our kitchen is well-equipped, and has a Kurig coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite pods to use. High efficiency washer and dryer.

It is a short (but steep) walk to the community pool which has both a large pool and a shallow kiddie pool to enjoy with small children. We have a gas grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture on our covered deck for your enjoyment as well.

Deerfield Resort offers a gated entrance, private air strip, 18-hole golf course, The Greens at Deerfield Restaurant, Chapman Hill Winery, The Tiki Bar (a full service marina and family-friendly restaurant), tennis courts, a community pool, and children's playground!

Please note, we are located on the lower level of building, so there is a full set of exterior stairs to navigate to get to our front door.

The condo does not include a boat slip, but boats can be rented at Springs Dock just a short drive from the resort. Deerfield Cove Marina, within the resort, will allow you to launch your boat and park your trailer both for a nominal fee. Open slips may be available for rent - ask for details! The marinas are open seasonally, usually May to mid-September, so if you are visiting in Spring, Winter, or Fall, the restaurants will not be open.
