Everything was clean and as expected. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent and Michael was a great host. We highly recommend it.

The property is in a good location and convenient to the public transit. There are restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. Some of the interior features such as the bedding and sofas are attractive and comfortable. The bathtub has chips and doesn’t look appealing. There is an area inside the front door which has been water damaged and the paint is peeling. There were no extras provided in the room such as body wash, coffee, hair dryer, or snacks. There were no extra towels provided so we had two towels for three days.

Mike was great to work with and his place is very nice, cozy and beautiful pine right out the window. I will be back!!

Perfect location! Very close to restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice appliances and utensils if you’re looking to cook for yourself during your stay. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. We liked it enough to extend our stay other night and the host was super helpful for that process!

I made a few errors at check-in, but it was incredibly easy to work with the host to get it corrected. We extended for an extra day and that went very smoothly as well. Will be looking to rent again around the same time next year.

Great condo. Was perfect for my son and I to get a quick spring skiing trip in. Very clean, nice kitchen, beds and TV. Very close to red line bus stop that takes you to Main Lodge.

Our stay was very comfortable, cozy and warm during an unexpected snowstorm. The grounds were plowed and shoveled quickly and safely. We highly recommend staying at Michael's condo.

We had a great stay overall. The condo itself was cozy, clean, and in a really convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to enjoy the area.However, the jacuzzi was a disappointment. It appeared dirty and wasn’t very inviting, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. With better maintenance, this could have really improved the experience.

Excellent and extremely well-located accommodation in Mammoth just a block from old Mammoth Road. This was a cozy, well – appointed condo unit. Just one quibble: the heat in the master bedroom isn’t working, and although there is a perfectly-adequate space heater available in the adjacent closet, we should have been given a heads up in advance. (Also, it is a good idea to include a manual can opener in your kitchen set up.)Footnote: there is an excellent little Latin market across the street, where you can eat delicious Mexican food at a very affordable price.Overall, very happy with our stay and will come again.

The condo is centrally located in town and a 5 min drive to the Eagle lodge.

Great stay for my wife and I. Great place, clean and modern (except the shower). Didn’t have much contact with the owner only because I didn’t need to. Easy to find, easy access, and everything we needed was in the instructions.

The host was very welcoming and the place was very cozy.

The hosts were wonderful about communicating. They allowed us to chat through the app and text and they were so quick to answer all of our questions and help us with great recommendations in town. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and have good communication with their host.

Overall, the condo was cozy and had everything we needed—and even more. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, toiletries, dishwasher pods, spices, trash bags, and dishes. The location was excellent and close to everything. The dishwasher, stove, and oven all worked great.A couple of things could be improved: the heater in the bedroom didn’t work, though the portable heater provided worked fine. There was also a missing outlet cover in the living room. I do wish the place had been a bit cleaner, as it was a little dusty and there was some hair in the bathroom.That said, the host was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble starting a fire in the fireplace, and he even called us to walk us through it.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful amenities and great host.

Our room was clean and well organized with a very nice kitchen and impressive quality of utensils and appliances. It had a nice cozy living room with a fireplace. The bed was comfortable and everything that you need is here for a nice stay.

Good location in center of town.Queen size bed should have been disclosed in listing. Some dish-ware not clean, bottle caps left from previous visit.Shower pan feels like it is not supported, soft, lots of cracking noises. Lots of dirt, dust on shower fan, baseboard, walls in bathroom. Outdoor deck, sliders, windows & furniture dirty.

This is a quiet, warm (I stayed in April), and very comfortable apartment. I particularly liked the fully outfitted kitchen which was easy to use for cooking meals. It was very easy to jump onto the main highway to visit June Lake, the Mammoth Lake Loop and the hot springs. Most importantly, it was a beautiful easy drive of about three hours from Reno International Airport. I plan to stay there again next year for a possible trip to Mammoth.

The unit was very clean and nice, with a super comfortable bed, cozy living room, and better than expected pull out bed in the couch. The large tv in the living room is a definite plus. The kitchen was great, and the bathroom was very clean. Loved the hot tub, and easy access to the shuttle. Rite Aid, Latin Market, Nick and Willy’s, and Grocery Outlet are super close, which is super convenient. I enjoyed the stay, and had a great weekend skiing in Mammoth.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. As seen on other reviews, I was surprised the stove light had not been fixed. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Quick ski trip with High school friend

Cozy and good for the price. Lots and lots of little shampoo bottles, towels, and toilet paper. Convenient to town amenities. There was no firewood despite listing mentioning firewood. Firewood lighters barely worked. Light above stove was out. Needs three-prong extension cord to use laptop at kitchen table. Crumbs on pullout bed.

Good last minute booking. Owner was very helpful with questions. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. My only complaint would be the walking and party noise from unit above, it was insufferable, but not rentals fault.

This was a well-appointed property that had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Mammoth. It’s conveniently located for access to the slopes after a short drive, as well as very near restaurants, Vons, etc. The place was immaculately clean, had all the appliances and accoutrements we needed, and the living room TV is also notable for its large size and high quality picture.

This condo was just perfect for a mid-week getaway.. We ended up with a couple more people than we expected and this place was better than the other place most stayed in. Clean, cozy, loved the fireplace too! It was centrally located for slopes, snow-shoeing, and exploring outside of Mammoth proper. We will definitely look for this one again. Thanks for a great stay!

The headline on VRBO is misleading. The kitchen and part of the bathroom have been renovated. Here are the pluses and minuses: Plus: Great location, very convenient. Kitchen, living room and bedroom are great. Very comfortable bed and seating. Plenty of blankets. Minus: Very low water pressure, especially in the shower. Shower control slips and continuously makes the water hotter. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Wall heater in the bedroom stopped working. You decide what you can tolerate.

We stayed at this condo to see the fall colors around Mammoth. The place was clean and well equiped. It is very well located to some of the best restaurants Mammoth has to offer as well as to great hikes and scenery.
