This charming, one bedroom/one bath Condo is located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies in the beautiful Summit County town of Dillon.

Central to the finest skiing in the United States; 10 minutes to Keystone, 15 to Breckenridge, 20 to Arapahoe Basin, 20 to Copper Mountain and 40 to Vail/Beaver Creek, you won't find a better location for satisfying your craving for powder. Of course, cross country and back country skiing are literally a few minutes away along with snowmobiling and ice skating. Located right on the free bus line so you may not even use your car while you're here!

What about summer and fall activities Dillon is a paradise with fantastic venues for golf, tennis, fishing in mountain streams, hiking and rafting.

Lake Dillon is a haven for all types of boating and water adventures. There are also cultural activities such as concerts in Dillon Ampitheater, art galleries and film festivals. Next door is Silverthorne with its endless array of shops and Frisco which (in my opinion) is one of the most charming Rocky Mountain towns.

If you do not desire or can not afford slope-side or lake-side lodging then this could be the place for you.
My condo is also 'all-natural'. I use only natural/biodegradable products. That means all sheets and towels are cleaned with hypo-allergenic detergent and the shampoos, soaps and lotions that I provide are all natural. And I also change the duvet cover for every new guest. No comforters from the previous renter.

This one bedroom Condo features a queen-size bed and with the queen-size sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep four. The sofa bed has a memory foam mattress and firm decking. Also included is Roku, games and all the amenities you could ask for (it's my vacation getaway too!). Free parking at front door.

The clubhouse has a hot tub and heated pool along with a lounge and large game room to entertain children and adults alike. It also has a coin operated laundry.

NOTE: There is no woodstove in the condo and no BBQ.

Sorry, no pets or smoking. The condo is one floor up, which is the top floor.

    Apartment is in a good location for access to various ski resorts. It was clean, warm and has a good shower but the property and its contents are a little dated and would benefit from a refresh / replacement of some items.

    This place was a great price and that is admittedly why we chose to stay here. It has the basics, for the most part. TV, wi-fi, kitchen utensils and dishes, basic seasonings, microwave, stove, fridge. Peter was very nice and responsive to a few questions we had while booking the place. It included some extras I did not expect - a bottle of wine, nice shower gel and shampoo, games and books, hair dryer, humidifier, sugar, flour, coffee beans. But these did not make up for the down sides. The place is aging, and I get that remodels are expensive, but a paint job, some new blankets and a few new pieces of furniture would really help. There were no kitchen towels or cloths, so we ended up using some from the bathroom. Mostly it was the cleanliness that we had a problem with. There were crumbs on the counter and popcorn on the floor that were not ours. The carpet had some little ‘crunchies’ that made us not totally comfortable with walking around barefoot. It was dusty and the towels smelled kind of sour. It was not awful, just not as clean as we expected. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again, but if the items above are not important to you, it would probably be fine.

    Communication from Peter was great. Instructions Peter sent were easy to follow. The place was very clean. The location was perfect for skiing Copper and Loveland. Like that is was super close to downtown but not right in the downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

    The condo itself may not be the most modern, at the same time, it is clean and has everything I need. With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to cook and enjoy my meals. Bed was very comfortable. It has easy access to shopping and to ski resorts. Owner communicated effectively and timely. For example, the owner informed me when the snow plowing would take place and advised me where to move my car to. He also proactively contacted the housekeeper to secure my tablet after I found out that I had left it in the unit and arranged the date/time for me to pick it up a week later on my way from Winter Park to Snowmass. My recommendation is to upgrade the couch in the living room as they have shown their age.

    Like most condos in ski towns, this one is fairly old and showing its age. It's been cared for, and the host was nice and responsive. The outside door lock is tricky (you have to lift up on the key), and unless you have streaming services you can use, there is no access to any broadcast TV networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox), nor can you get widely available networks like ESPN, CNN, MSNBC or even HGTV. Only ROKU-provided canned broadcasts are available, except for news which are looped nonstop all day.

    Roomy and simple accommodation, onsite laundry facility has free $5 credit for app which had a handy timer for wash and dryer cycles. Owner was good communicator and friendly.

    This was our 2nd time staying at Peter's Dillon Valley East unit, and it more than meets our needs. As his is an end-unit opposite of I-70, we don't hear any freeway traffic, and overall, the neighborhood gets pretty quiet in the evenings. The location can't be beat for access to all of Summit County, plus Loveland, which I supposed is technically in Clear Creek County. We mostly skied Keystone which was at most a 10 minute drive. The condo itself: Bed is comfortable, plenty of blankets/pillows, the couches are comfortable, the internet/wi-fi is solid, and the water pressure and hot water are fantastic. We also really like his original artwork! I'm sure we'll be back, as it's one of the best lower priced rentals in the area.
