Welcome to Shawnigan Beach Resort “home away from home” on picturesque Shawnigan Lake.
All of the wonderful amenities here at the resort are available to you to enjoy. Make the most of the southern facing patio and family friendly sandy beach. The tennis and pickleball courts are just outside our door. The water is warm in the summer time so enjoy a relaxing swim. There’s a great playground if you have younger children. Come hike and explore the many trails in the area.
This is a tight knit community where neighbours look after one another so please be considerate of other residents, their peace and their ability to enjoy the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and milk frother — such a treat! The beach was lovely, and we had a great time using the two kayaks provided by Frank, along with our own paddle board.

This is our second year staying at the Shawnigan Lake Resort. The resort itself is lovely - lots to do for all ages. There is an open grassy area great for kicking a ball around or tossing a frisbee or football as well as an area with a volleyball net. There is a 3 hole golf course and frisbee golf, pool, sauna and foosball! There is a roped off swimming area with a water trampoline and mat as well as a slide and diving board. You will not get bored!As for Frank and Lori's unit, you will not be disappointed! It is better than advertised. They obviously take pride in their place. Six slept, lounged, and dined very comfortably. Many pillows to choose from if you forgot your favourite one at home :) Communication was spot-on.The amenities are top-notch. We have rented many places over the years and have been in the habit of packing a decent pan, knives, and cooking utensils - we did not use these the entire trip as the accommodations had anything you could need all in brand new condition.The residents of the resort are a very welcoming group and remembered us from last year.Highly recommend this property.
