Stayed Apr 9, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs, and this condo was the perfect home base. The location was ideal, close to everything, yet the complex was quiet and relaxing. The view of Lake Hamilton was beautiful and a highlight of our stay. The furnishings were exactly as described in the listing, and the condo was comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.We would absolutely love to return in the future and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed Mar 13, 2026The condo was perfect for a couple of 2 to spend the weekend in Hot Springs. The only complaint I have is the LR sliding door is missing a seal and cold air blew in the whole weekend.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023Property was very clean upon arrival. The host, Andrea, was very informative and quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked. The boat slip was a short walk down hill. There is an area for trailer parking in the complex. The community pool was right across from this unit. Short drive to retail and restaurants. 5/5

Stayed Mar 30, 2023This is a great condo on the water. Comforable beds, lighted pickleball courts. Large living-dinning room. Washer and dryer which was very convenientt after a day of rockhounding. Audrey was quickto repy to questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again.
