Beautiful Kihei Condo - Walk to the Beach!

If you want to stay at this property and have a car, you are in for a surprise. no real parking. They clearly state parking is available next door and it is if you're lucky enough to get a spot. This information only comes out in their final instructions. Save yourself the headache and only book places in Waikiki that have guaranteed on-site parking. This was an expensive lesson for me I will not forget.

The condo was very clean and well-maintained. We loved the location, also.

The place was great. It was in a very central location with a beach right across the street. It’s on the third floor so be ready for stairs.

Would have been nice to have blackout shades in the bedroom

Property was nice and clean, newly renovated, mattress was comfortable and knives were sharp. Everything was great- location, kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals, bedroom window has UV protection film on so was not hot even though AC is only in the main room.

An amazing, clean airy condo! So close to the beach, shopping and food food. The location is PERFECT! I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!

To start the condo does not have ANY curtains and all windows and doors are glass. The AC unit is in the living room not in the bedroom. The communication with the host is terrible. FYI you do your booking with VRBO but then any problem will be through Evolve even when you did your booking through VRBO. They should stated those things clearly in the listing. I traveled with my two kids and the temp inside the condo was 90 degree it was impossible to sleep in there.

We were some of the first renters for this condo. 90% positive with a minor issue that will likely get rectified. Property is clean with a recent renovation. Location is excellent but requires a bit more detail on how to find the building (near back of property). Decently stocked kitchen with some sharp knives and equipment a bit better than typically found in a rental. BBQ was close and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. Small plumbing issue came up and the contact Christy had a handyman arrive within an hour and she checked in on us after. The lanai is private and opens up to a larger space looking west giving you an option of sun or shade. The west side shows off amazing sunsets. Our only complaint is the unit did not yet have any window coverings. It is very private but without window coverings, the main room is the only place with a window mount AC unit that is not able to keep up to the west sun. The bedroom was very hot and made sleep difficult. I would just confirm prior to renting that this has been fixed.

Good location and a very clean space. The kitchen is lovely and a great space.
