Beautiful Gulf View Condo, Steps to the Beach, Overlook the pool!

The listed house rules were bit overwhelming but then host communication and property itself were amazing. The public beach access at walking distance helped us to overcome the busier than anticipated traffic in the area around.

Well worth the stay, like a 2 minutes walk to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for! Interior was nice cozy and cute! I am glad we drove cause there are not a lot of places to eat in walkable distance, so having a car was nice. Overall it was a really great stay and communicating with the host was really easy and the were great!

awesome mother daughter weekend getaway

Beautiful location close to everything and one quick trip across the street to beach access!

It was ok. Air went out 2nd day and we had to move to another condo which was inconvient but no fault of the owner. Just a lot of extra work of moving everything. And we lost our 2nd floor balcony which we enjoyed sitting on. In addition the hot tub was out of order the whole time we were there.

This property is super clean, comfortable, and the location was awesome for quick and easy beach access! Would definitely recommend!

From day 1 the owner was very much in communication with me. The condo is in a perfect spot right across from the beach and cloae to shopping etc. This was our first time to Destin and we will be back and hope to stay here again.

We wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very nice, comfy, and wonderfully decorated. It was an easy walk to the beach and easy parking. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice condo and great area. Love able to see the ocean from balcony. Used Capri private beach across from it. 60 for 2 chairs and umbrella there for the day. We was fine with that

I truly enjoyed my visit to Destin! And this condo contributed to our great vacation.

The property was as nice as expected, only a couple things to note. The dishwasher was extremely loud, and the door handle to balcony needs to be replaced. The hot tub was not working and under repair. Other than that it was great, planning on booking it again next spring. Thank you!!

Excellent location! Very nice condo

We really love the area that this condo is located. The only cons was that there is no elevator or ramp on the back side of the property.

I asked the host how much to check in early and she didn’t charge me anything and told me that I can come as early as I wanted! The place was nice and close to everything.

Condo was very nice for 2 adults. Great location just across the street from the beach and public access. Partial view of the ocean from balcony. Walking distance to at least a couple of restaurants. Beaches are beautiful!

I had a wonderful relaxing time at this condo. Hopefully I can come again next year. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Absolutely loved the heated pool. Neighborhood is walkable and bike friendly. The condo is comfortable.
