Beautiful gulf front condo, great early reservation discounts

The building is a good location for having space in beach. The elevators was bad situation only 2 working for a 23 story building. The grounds and pool areas were great. The condo itself is in real need of updating and deep cleaning. Maintenance is a must the toilets didn't want to flush properly , the freezer door handle is really loose , the laundry room door one of the hinges are coming out, and the bed in the master bedroom is horrible .

Great place exactly like it was listed. There was a couple of small issues.. 2 bathrooms only 1 roll of toilet paper. Only 1 kitchen trash bag .. patio door had a lot of wind noise when AC kicked on. Ice maker didn't work.. but none of this really bothered us to report it. Beach chairs was big plus, more than made up for other small issues. Jing was very responsive and helpful on everything,booking.. Hopefully we can can get unit again next year.. Thanks Troy

This is our second consecutive year visiting, and we really love the place. However, there was an issue: whenever it was windy outside—and it certainly was during this stay—the balcony door located in the living room generated a very loud noise. We couldn't sleep because of it; there was a distinct whistling sound, and we actually had to leave the door slightly ajar just to stop the whistling. Furthermore, on the day of our departure—starting a full 24 hours beforehand—the elevator connecting the parking garage to the second floor was out of order. We had to carry our suitcases ourselves, which resulted in back strain for us; my mother, who was recovering from knee surgery, also had to haul luggage—it was incredibly bad timing for them to choose to inspect the elevator and shut it down for a full day.

View was awesome, location was amazing.Condo needed upgrades. Upholstery was dirty as was the curtains. First glance condo appears clean . Door on the refrigerator was loose. Nozzle on bathtub needs replaced.

Great for the price

Great location. Could use minor maintenance but absolutely worth the price. I’d have no issues staying there again

The stay was good. Although a few things need to be fixed. The sliding glass door makes a loud whistle when it's windy, the only way to make it stop is to put a towel at the bottom to cover it, the beds headboard is loose and every time we turned over it makes a lot of noise. There are big brown stains on the white curtain that covers the glass door, not very appealing. There was absolutely nothing to use to clean the counter tops. I like to clean up after I'm done doing things. I bought some dish soap so I could do the few dishes that we would have so I didn't need to use the dishwasher if not needed and used it to wash off the counter tops. I left that there for the next guests in case they ran into the same issue. The host was great about getting back to me on things before our stay. The condo is cute just needs to have a few things looked at.

Awesome beach view. Clean room. Easy access to beach.

This property was less than what I expected, probably the smallest balcony of any property my wife and ever stayed at. Some of the cooking sheets still had old food on it. The master bathroom toilet was loose and would tilt when you sat down. Looks like it had not been dusted in a while. Will not book again.

It is a beautiful resort, and our condo was clean and spacious. We were very pleased.

The condo had everything we needed and the balcony with an ocean view is the BEST, but the condo could be maintained better - a dining chair was broken with a note, the freezer door handle was loose/broken, and one of the barstools chairs was broken. I did not bring this up to the owner, as we really didn’t expect them to be fixed while we were there and it didn’t affect our stay very much. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, but again we didn’t use it very much as we were out a bunch. But it is the little details that go a long way. The owner communicated very well and included a very detailed rundown of the property. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:40 to see if we were still there, took us by surprise.

I felt the staff friendy and accommodating. The room and entire condo was very clean.We enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect! Clean, comfortable, awesome beach frint view! Loved having access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs along with beach access. A sweet beach store and ice cream shop was just right behind the property too which was awesome! Very quick respfrom the properrty owner as well. Westher was top notch and our stay was great!

This condo was exactly what we wanted and it made our stay perfect. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a can opener LOL! Truly, we will be back though! The condo was very clean, the view was beyond perfect and all appliances worked as needed. We ended up not being able to take home the beach toys we bought, so we decided to leave them for other families or the owners family to use. Thank you again for the most memorable, perfect first trip to PCB, FL for my little family! See you next time!

The unit is in need of updating.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 4. The space is huge, the view is amazing, the beach here is so beautiful! Thank you! We’d stay again!

Location was good but the condo was not clean at all.

Nice location. Beautiful views. Loved watching the multiple pods of dolphins swim by several times a day. Communication with host was great. The place could use a good cleaning and some updates otherwise, not bad. Could not open oven all the way due to refrigerator in the way. the way. Wind howled te way.

It was a great stay. Beautiful view from the balcony.Saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of area for sleep. Pull out couch could be a bit more comfortable. 2 beach chairs included during the stay was a great perk. Easy access to the parking garage. Need more chairs at the pool but overall would definitely stay in this condo and resort again.friendly staff and clean resort.

Enjoyed out stay. Even thru Hurricane Helene!
