Beautiful Gulf Front Condo

We had a wonderful week! The condo was just as pictured and the ocean views were beautiful! Watched for dolphins each morning and admired the beautiful sunsets! The beds are very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and we love that you can now see the ocean from the pool! We will definitely be back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Arie Dam (Madeira spelled backwards). The best beach location with the condo closest to the water and the beach has never been too busy. Each unit we have stayed in has been beautiful and very spacious. We stayed in Unit 303 this time and everything appeared to be new with a fresh remodel. They have taken excellent care of this condo after the hurricane and almost have everything back to new like conditions. The pool is really nice especially after being out on the beach in the heat. The manager was super helpful with anything we needed for our room and the owner stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed to help make or stay exceptional. We plan on more visits to Madeira and will continue to use Arie Dam. Extremely easy to drive to this location and easy to get to all the things we planned to do while staying here.

Perfect Location. Very nice

The host was great and the property was very clean. Only issue was the elevator was out the whole week and we were on the third floor.

We enjoyed our stay so much at the aire dam condos. Our condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked loved the beautiful view of the gulf from our 3rd floor balcony. So close to the beach and area shopping and resturants. John was a wonderful host and the property manager debbie kept in contact. Would definitely stay there again.

We were so excited to stay in this beautiful condo. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene had different plans for us. Both the owner and property manager were excellent and timely with communication. Knowing the extent of storm damage to the area, they gave a full refund. We will book with him again!

The condo was clean and well-stocked, just as advertised. Several great restaurants within walkimg distance. The pool was quiet and the beach was beautiful! An awesome place for family vacation!

This condo was very clean! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and board games! We were definitely set up for the week without any additional items to purchase which makes it really nice when traveling by plane! The owner John was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had! The location is great with a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Would recommend especially if traveling with kids!
