Beautiful ground floor condo, steps to beach and brand new zero entry pool!

We really enjoyed this condo. It's really close to the beach and there's a grass yard right outside the patio for kids to play. It's easy to move back and forth between the condo, the beach, and the swimming pools in between. The outdoor pool is cold and refreshing and the indoor pool is heated and perfect for warming up when coming in from the beach if your vacation is during cooler months. The condo had everything we needed, including some extra beach gear. The televisions were very easy to use. The temperature controls were easy to use as well and we never had issues with being too hot or too cold in the condo. The beds are comfy and the bothrooms are huge, with nice showers. The building is located in the heart of Orange Beach with Walmart and Publix right across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance or very short driving distance. There's a nice state park about 5 minutes drive away as well.

Pictures were deceiving, rooms much smaller than pictures showed. Check in was easy and owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond.

This condo was just as listed. Great view of ocean and just a few steps away from pool. We had all 7 grandkids with us all under 7 and they had a blast. Great ground floor unit, no waiting on elevators. Carla and Mitch were awesome host, easy to reach and responsive. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We will be back.

Great property and great owners to work with. The convenience of the unit’s location made getting to the beach and pool a breeze with 5 kids. We had the best vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the folks were great at communicating! The location is fantastic as you can walk to Walmart, for ice cream, Starbucks, etc. The property is nice as well and the ground floor makes going back and forth from the pool and beach very easy!

I took my three 20 something’s boys to the Morgan Wallen festival and figured a condo would be much better than a hotel. One of my boys is special needs so finding a place that wasn’t too overwhelming for him was very important. Everyone we came into contact with on the property was extremely kind and it was very laid back. Communication was absolutely amazing from the very start of my inquiry and the owners were incredibly gracious in assisting me with an unexpected situation when getting 2 of our tickets. The condo itself was very nice, spacious and we loved the ground access. Parking was no issue either which was a pleasant surprise. There is a Walmart and several restaurants within walking distance. The location couldn’t have been better. Overall a very pleasant experience and just very grateful my boys and I were able to create lasting memories. This was a dream come true for them. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed staying here as a family! There was plenty of room for all of us and we really enjoyed first floor access. We were right next to the pool and the beach was a very short walk. My only complaints would be the master bath could use a deeper cleaning in the shower and jetted tub, but overall we were extremely happy with this rental and would absolutely stay again.

Our family had such a good time. The property was perfect. Right by the pool, a stones throw to the beach, Walmart and souvenir shops directly across the street from the room. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely call to stay with the Kings again. Thank you
