Beautiful Golf Course & Lake View Condo in Esplanade Lakewood Ranch - Pet OK

Just needs a few tweeks to make the stay better, such as more glassware, hand towels, dish towels, cutlery. Furniture in main living area is not conducive to comfortable seating when watching tv. Used office chairs for back support.

We enjoyed our stay, location is great. Golf course is excellent however half way thru our stay the course became private and although we had transferred the owners membership To us, and initially we only had to pay for the golf cart, once it became private we had to pay for golf: which was not something we had budgeted But overall we had a great vacation

Esplanade is a very nice community with plenty of amenities if you choose to take advantage of them. We walk early in the morning, before 6am and the community traffic is very light. It’s gated and walkable. The condo has a view of the golf course and the lake. It was well stocked and comfortably furnished. Location was near the pool on Messina Loop and near the exit on Rangeland. Mufaddal was responsive on the two times we checked in with questions. The HOA management was also very responsive on questions we had as new tenants. Location is convenient to shopping, freeway and all the amenities in the area. Beaches are 20 to 25 minutes away. We don’t golf, so we didn’t take advantage of the golf access that was included with the fees. Our neighbors were out about 3 times per week and paid the $18 cart fee. Reals bargain when you look at normal greens fee costs. The condo is on the second floor, which is nice for the view and the higher ceilings compared to the first floor, but it wouldn’t be a good choice if you have mobility difficulty. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay for a month or more. It’s a fantastic community.

Lovely condo, great location

My husband and I spent the month of March in this 2nd floor condo on the 3rd hole of the Esplanade golf course. We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was beautifully appointed and clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Golf was great. Course is well maintained and the people are very friendly. When we weren't playing golf, we enjoyed reading and watching the golfers from the condo's lanai. The amenities of Esplanade are not lacking - two gyms, pools and spa. Although there was no dining room when we visited, we made the Tiki bar part of the our routine on Friday nights. Food was delicious and the musical talent exceptional. When their culinary center opens with the 4 or 5 planned restaurants and this we understood to be soon, this community will not be lacking in any amenity.
