Freshly painted with a new living room sectional. A FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen, brand new KING size bed in master and QUEEN size in second bedroom with Duvets and a private deck with a Broil King BBQ are just a few of the features this condo boasts. Included, a 50 inch LCD HDTV, cable and HIGH SPEED wireless INTERNET. A PERFECT spot for afamily getaway. Enjoy the beautiful LAKE VIEW from the balcony while sipping local wine or relax inside comfortably in our air conditioned unit. Guests have private access to BOAT SLIP (included) in new Marina (2023) just steps from the door.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery while relaxing in the infinity POOL (open seasonally) and HOT TUB (open May long weekend through Thanksgiving) Beach, playground and water spray park within short walking distance.

Don't feel like cooking after a day, waterskiing, surfing or relaxing at the beach, this centrally located condo is just steps from Moose Mulligan's Restaurant. Askew's Grocery Store is a short 5 minute walk away. While walking main street Sicamous, enjoy strolling through quaint shops and savouring ice cream on a hot day.

Year - Round Recreation includes downhill skiing at Silverstar Ski Resort, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due at booking.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are allowed- with a daily fee ($15 per night)

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 135.00CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
Shuswap lake is a 5 minute walk from the property without crossing a road. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a private dock.

Property is 60 minutes frim Silver Star ( Vernon) and Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

    Very nice unit right on the waterfront, central to everything. Communication with the owners was relevant and timely. The kitchen was well stocked and the cupboards had quite a few spices and the fridge had many condiments, not expected, but very appreciated. On days when the weather did not cooperate, the pool and hot tub were great distractions. We would happily stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone.

    We spent 5 weeks at Roger and Lori's place and found it quite lovely. The condo was spotlessly clean, roomy, and beautifully furnished, including all kitchen amenities. The surrounding complex was beautifully landscaped and well-kept. It was right on the lake, with a lovely view of the boat docks and the mountains and a nice, paved walkway all along the docks, adjoining sidewalks into town. It was quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the nearby grocery store, gift shops, restaurants, library, health center, visitor's center, museum and a putt-putt course. Moose Mulligans was nearby on the walkway with great coffee, good food and a nice outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. Beautiful beach park just a five minute walk away where you'll pass options for all kinds of boat, jet ski, Sup's and kayak rentals. The hosts were very responsive. We would have loved to stay longer. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation. 5 stars!

    This condo had everything you could possibly need, was spotless clean and a great location! Good restaurants, coffee shop, pet store, grocery store are all very walkable. We had snowmobiles that prevented us from being able to park in the garage so we had to park on the street. Surprisingly, we never had an issue finding a spot! Communication was great from the owner. The complex was incredible quiet and peaceful (we stayed in January). Can’t wait to stay again!

    Great property and location. Nice pool and hot tub and view of the water. Boat slip was a major plus. Unit itself was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed and more. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, beach, mini golf etc…
