Beautiful, Full Remodel! 2 Bd/2 Bath, 1st Floor, Secluded, Closest To Beach

This condo was perfect for quality time near the beach- short walk to the beach, quiet and calm, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Definitely the best rental that we have had so far at Hilton Head..

This was an excellent villa to vacation in. It is close to everything only a short walk to the beach or ride to Coligny area for shopping and great restaurants. The owners are very responsible for your care and answer any concerns you have. The unit is supplied with many items to start your stay.

Great host and very attentive!

Easy route to the beach and very clean. Loved that it was on the ground level and there was a semi-shaded area to keep the bikes right outside the door. Easy check in and good communication too!

The condo was beautiful and modern with a perfect beachy feel! We had plenty of space for 5 adults coming and going at various times during our stay. The owners are very responsive and nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo quickly felt like home. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the little amenities. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured - a little bigger than we expected actually. Our kiddo loved the bunkbeds. The master bed was comfortable . But I do wish there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The rooms did get pretty bright pretty early. By day 2 we decided we wanted to come back to Hilton Head next year and stay in the same place. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes pulling a wagon with a 9-year old walking with us. The pool was great, we went several times. Perfect for the evenings with a kid. We did walk into town to the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center once. That was a bit far for us. I’d recommend riding a bike or driving. We did discover that if you went around 5-5:15 you had a much better chance of getting a parking spot and little to no wait to be seated to eat. We went later one evening and had about a 45 minute wait. But we liked walking around and checking out all the shops while we waited.

Property was as listed, hosts were very helpful and responded quickly, they even texted the day before to let us know we could have an early check in. Very satisfied with our stay.

We had a nice 4 day stay here! The owners were timely in responding to questions and the condo is lovely. Everything has been updated and the full washer/dryer set was so nice to have. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very nice! The king bed was nice and firm and the bathrooms had been remodeled in the last year or so. The distance to the beach wasn't bad and was very doable. There are two things I would change. Add a blender to the property and add check out directions.

We were visiting family with our 6 month old. This condo was perfect for us! Host was so easy to communicate with and made arrival very flexible. Plenty of space, clean and easy access to all areas of the island! We will definitely be back!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The unit is perfectly clean and bright and was more than enough space for my family of 4. The location is a 2 minute drive to all the things at Coligny, including free beach parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need (pots, pans, silverware, salt, pepper, cooking spray, dish soap, sponge etc) We brought our own laundry detergent knowing we’d need to do a couple loads (2 y/o and an infant) however they had some as well. The washer/dryer were very convenient to have. We would highly recommend this unit to a family traveling to HHI. It is a corner 1st floor unit with just enough privacy.

Such a wonderful time we had at the villa we spent several months this winter The manager was always helpful and ready to assist us . The unit was spotless and well stockedDefinitely worth a stay!

The unit was just as described. It was very comfortable and the property manager communications were timely and helpful. The extra touches within the unit were very welcoming. I would definitely rent again.

Although I booked this, I was unable to go on the trip to celebrate my Mother In Laws 90th birthday. My husband went and said that it was a great place to stay and would do so again.

the place seemed run down and smelled when you opened the door, there was roaches in bathrooms , the tile in front of master shower was cracked and it rocker when you stood on it, and you should really have a grab bar in the shower. the floors in master bedroom were sloping toward the bathroom. There was mold in washer around the the rubber and i washed a few items they smelled worse after I washed them.

My sister chose this place to stay on our yearly sisters vacation. The home is lovely, super clean, and a perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring, shopping and beaching. It was close to everything. It is about an hours drive to Savanah, GA. Totaloved. Thanks to the owners

Nic, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. We loved this condo, rhe owners had it well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side is the closet beach access had a long walk through the sand but it was more private than accessing the beach at Colginey.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was very nice, the area was quiet and we felt at home even though we were hours away. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in HHI!

This place is just what we needed for our family of 4! Our girls loved the bunk beds and the open concept of the kitchen and living space. Ground floor was awesome, close to shops, restaurants and public beach parking!

This was a great property for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, cold a/c, quiet pool and good seating area. Really appreciated this little things like coffee filters, dish soap and laundry pods that were available to us. Easy walk to beach.

This condo was so cute, the pics honestly don’t do it justice. It was in a great location, equipped with all the beach supplies we needed, and was perfect for our little girls trip!
