Beautiful Florida Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this condo and the owner couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely rent again when we return in 2 years.

The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. There was also plenty of kitchen supplies; dishes, cook wear and utensils. We were left goodies and plenty of k cups. Host kept us informed and check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Barbara for sharing your condo!

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary! Beautiful condo with nice view of the ocean! On non- driving section of beach. Close to good restaurants. Condo was very clean, nice art and well stocked. Beach closet has everything you need for a great beach day! The even provided 2 beach bikes! Barbara very easy to work with and responsive to messages immediately.

First I want to say that I absolutely always appreciate when the owners of rentals use a good quality mattress. I have had a broken back for over 20 years and it's always a fear I'll get a place that will have a bad mattress and I'll end up in pain my whole stay and sleep deprived. This is absolutely not the case with this place. Not only the mattress was orthopedic friendly but I actually took pictures of the sheets because they were so soft and I NEED to buy myself a set. Another concern in renting is water pressure in showers, but this place has better water pressure than my own personal shower at home, so it was amazing to be able to take a quick shower due to being so tired being out in the Florida summer heat, then get out feeling clean to go straight to bed. Next, all of the little thoughtfulness that went into the stay, from variety flavor Keurig cups, to soaps, to even some cold water bottles and quality popsicles in the freezer was just such an amazing touch for comfort and hospitality that I've never seen anywhere else. And for the cherry on the cake, Barbara found out when talking back and forth that we were taking the trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Upon checking in on the table was a small wrapped present with my daughter's name with a gift for her to use while on vacation. The only downside at all to staying here is now Barbara has set the bar pretty high for any other vacation place we ever visit in the future. We will definitely return.

Very clean and accommodating condo located on New Smyrna Beach. Love the pools and beachfront access. Close enough to downtown Flagler Avenue yet a peaceful distance away. Host Barbara was responsive and accommodating with access to beach accessories and welcome bag, snacks. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Couldn’t get a better location for a beach getaway. Place was perfect with an amazing view. The condo was decorated with a beach vibe. Very cool. Everything you needed was there and more including beach chairs. Only things I wish was better were the pools. They were a little cold. And no hot tub.

Beautiful condo, well stocked, beautiful decorated with an amazing view! Just steps from the beach We loved having our coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Close proximity to everything. Host was great and offered tips that were helpful. 100% would stay again!

Beautifully decorated condo located in Sea Coast Gardens II with all the amenities and so much more! The condo is well stocked (we really appreciated this) and has a welcoming beach feel. The host Barbara is prompt and friendly and had great recommendations. The location is not too busy with lots of things to see and do. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach, parasailing, biking on the beach, seeing manatees and dolphins, and a rocket launch.
