Beautiful First Floor Condo-Oceanfront -Amelia Surf and Racquet - Close to Pool!

This place is amazing. Super close to the ocean. I highly recommend. We will definitely be going back.

The unit was very clean and had a great view.And we even had a turtle living right out the back patio.We had a great time!

This place was wonderful. Took a girls weekend here and it was very quiet and enjoyable. Has everything you need and loved that it was on the ground floor. Hopefully I’ll be back!

Beautiful condo and so convenient to the beach.

Property as advertised. Very clean. Grounds and pool area well maintained. Unit had beach umbrella, two beach chairs and beach toys for the kids.Beach area was large and not crowded.

Our visit to Amelia Island was wonderful. The accommodations were comfortable, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and close to the beach, which was thankfully not crowded. Hanging access to the pool was also a win.

The condo was exceptionally nice and clean. It was very convenient and just steps from the beach! It was PERFECT!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The property was spotless and was as advertised in the pictures. It had everything you would need for the beach / utensils / cleaning supplies / laundry detergent / etc. This condo is right next to the pool on the first floor which makes it very convenient when walking to the boardwalk for the beach. The only issue we ever really encountered was hearing the elevator going up and down in your bedroom. I'd recommend bringing a fan of a sort of sound machine to block out the noise you may hear (I used my Youtube app for a fan noise if you happened to not bring one). Other than that, a perfect stay and somewhere that we would love to comeback to one day.

We stayed here for a much needed long weekend getaway at the beach and it was perfect. Right on the beach with pool just steps away. Had everything needed to enjoy the beach… chairs, unbrellas and beach towels. All we needed to do was check and start relaxing. Communications were excellent and checking and checkout were seamless. This resort, this room was an amazing place to stay. Everything you need, feels like your at home. 1 I was alittle worried about being on the 1st floor, but it was great. We we able to walk up to out patio and let our beach things dry out, before bring inside. I would definitely stay again!! Amy was very polite and easy to converse with!!!!

Everything that you would need for a condo, was there! Beach toys, wagon, umbrellas, kitchen supplies, etcand the guest host was awesome!

The condo and the amenities were exactly as stated in the Verbo description very convenient access to the condo and wonderful to be looking out at the sunrise over the ocean each morning from your living room would definitely go back again.

Amy secured an alternate property when the one we booked flooded. Great customer service.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The checkin was easy and the condo was lovely. Well stocked, clean, right next to the pool and beach access, which is very convenient with a 5 year old. We will stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay and are planning a 50th anniversary trip with family but of course will be returning hopefully before that. Very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed.
