Beautiful Dog Friendly First Floor Condo Between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here with our Westie. The beds are very comfortable. Good water pressure for the showers. Games available and TV’s in each room. We appreciated that linens and towels were provided. Plenty of paper products ( toilet paper, paper towels and tissues). It is close to everything.

We had a lovely stay, as always. Condo is very inviting and welcoming. Great location, close to everything, but tucked away from traffic noise, and very cozy. We enjoyed coffee (provided) outside on the screened in porch.Host is very available and returns email promptly. This was our fourth stay, and we'll be back!Pet-friendly, too!

Everything was wonderful except for the neighnor above walked around a lot.

This has been our Jazz Festival lodging for the past few years. It's an awesome condo; well appointed; always clean and ready. The host is outstanding, and always eager to please. We will definitely be back if they'll have us.

The condo is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The owners provide many extras not typically found in most places we have stayed like paper products, sheets, towels, bathroom products and all sorts of things in the kitchen. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, the beach and biking trails. Welcoming our pet to stay with us in the condo means so much to us. I can’t think of a better place to stay. We will be back!

Everything was even better than the listing! Tasteful decorations and lots of drawers, counters, cupboards and closet spaces available to put your things. Very dog friendly, non slip bowls provided. The pool is right across the street.Accessible entrance ramp and walk-in shower make it easy for those with bad knees.The owner was super responsive when an issue arose.The neighborhood is walkable, but a car is mandatory since the only way in and out is onto a 4 lane highway.

Barb & Barry’s place is a lovely beach hideout. It’s perfectly located between our favorite beaches, Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth, has a lovely pool when the beach flies bite, and has plenty of space for a family of three. Great spot. Would totally book again!

My family comes here every year, and each year we are so happy we made the decision to rebook! We love this place and it is perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The location between Lewes and Rehoboth is the best and the cleanliness of the condo is top notch!

It was the perfect space for me and my two dogs. It had all the amenities you could need and more. The location was quiet and just a short distance to all the local beaches, restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood behind the condo was a nice place to walk and even had a pond to walk around. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to book again next year!

We drove back and forth to dewey beach quite a bit while we were staying there and it was a super easy drive!

Wonderful property and location. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only negative was it could have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and the screened in porch was filthy. We paid a pricey cleaning charge so someone is not doing their job.

1st floor condo which is great for dogs and older people as building does not have an elevator. Great location for shopping and Lewes beaches. Very clean, nice pool and listing very accurate. Host is very responsive to texts.

Barb is great to rent from. Her places are always clean and has everything you need! In years past, we needed to bring sheets, towels, etc. but now they are provided, which makes traveling a bit easier. It’s a nice location-not too far a drive from the beach and there’s a community pool available. It’s a nice place to stay for the week.

My family loves coming to Lewes every year for our yearly vacation. The location of this clean and beautiful rental is top notch! Perfect for our family of 4 and our fur baby.

Unit was well kept and at a good location. Everything was just as presented on the app. We had a wonderful time and plan to return next year! Thank you!!
