Stayed Mar 12, 2026Perfect location with easy beach access and lots to do nearby. Tons of activity, beautiful beach and good restaurants, etc. but not over-crowded. Highly recommend both the Kennedy Space Center and guided kayaking through Merritt Marsh mangrove preserve - both fascinating and great for all ages. The condo was beautifully designed and super fresh, and probably the most attentive host we've ever had. A rating.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We have stayed here at Chateau by the Sea for the last 4-5 yrs and every year we enjoy it. The location is perfect right on the beach and by the pier along with it is well centralized to bars and restaurants in the area. The condo was clean well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags along with complimentary soap and shampoos in the showers. The pool area and property in itself is maintained very nicely. I recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cocoa Beach. We will be back.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. Best part… beautiful pool, and easy access to the ocean…exactly what we were looking for! We are excited to book this gem again!
