Stayed Jul 3, 2025We have stayed here at Chateau by the Sea for the last 4-5 yrs and every year we enjoy it. The location is perfect right on the beach and by the pier along with it is well centralized to bars and restaurants in the area. The condo was clean well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags along with complimentary soap and shampoos in the showers. The pool area and property in itself is maintained very nicely. I recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cocoa Beach. We will be back.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location to be able to walk to the store and lots of restaurants. The balcony had amazing views and was the perfect spot for a glass of wine to end our day! Definitely recommend this place!

Stayed May 18, 2024This place is awesome!! It looks exactly as pictured. Management was easy to work with, no trouble getting in when we arrived, and the condo was very clean & comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Best part… beautiful pool, and easy access to the ocean…exactly what we were looking for! We are excited to book this gem again!

Stayed Aug 29, 2023We do not live far from Cocoa Beach and when we want a mini vacation close to home and by the beach, we choose Cocoa Beach. We also choose to stay at this location as it is close to everything, the accommodations are nice, and if you need something the management group is on top of it. I would highly recommend this place for your next visit if you were looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.
