Beautiful Direct Oceanfront Beach Condo

The host amenties were great. Knowing the office hours would have been helpful.

The condo really needs a refresh. Upholstery, master shower, pots and pans, bathroom doors all need attention. We were not allowed to air out the condo by opening doors or windows.The check in instructions were hazy. It discussed keys and a lockbox. The real lock was an electric keypad which was all but inoperable. I called the office and they insisted all was well, that I just needed to pull hard on the door. I could not lock the door, even on our departure. I left a note on their visitor portal.The location and common areas were great. But with all the condis available in NSB, I would look elsewhere.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need but zero space for any groceries, no shelves or cabinets at all! Location is great & beach view is beautiful & beach items provided. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to work the tvs in the bedrooms so we weren’t able to watch tv. Also the carpet was wet for most of our stay due it raining and there being leak. The water was so bad it squished as we walked. Due to the wet carpet all week the unit has a musty smell.

We had a great time. The place was clean and close to the beach. We liked that there was a pool close also.

The view is great and the beaches are not packed. Condo itself has pots and pans, crockpot and air fryer. Just a great place to vacation at!

perfect location close to our friends home. Wish pool was heated, it was freezing. Also patio screen did not work.

The unit was exactly as pictured and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Guest bathroom is ready for an upgrade but was perfectly functional. The management company responded quickly after a bad rain storm to address a leak. The only drawback we experienced was not knowing how far the elevator was from the room as my mom is 90 years old and uses a walker and it was quite a trek. We knew there was an elevator but not that the room we chose was quite a distance. I would definitely stay again.storm. linscroll downminor leak

If it weren’t for the absolutely incredible view. The rating would be a three star. Grungy bathtub, very cheap beds in the second room. Very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The grounds are wonderful and the beach access is great. Wouldn’t pay this much for it again. It’s about 50 per day over priced compared to others we have stayed at.

The condo was excellent - clean, updated, fantastic views. Only one small item future visitors should know - there are no spices of any kind except salt and pepper. My only dislike was a mandatory damage waiver that was assessed without the parameters of this mandatory assessment mentioned or described anywhere. I had to ask, and then the response came 5 days later.

Overall great experience and vacation spending time with our family. beautiful condo with a beautiful view. It was amazing to wake up every morning to the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze in the evening on the balcony. Location was great and loved being on the no-drive end of the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was very nice as was the sun deck area on the beach. unfortunately the primary bedroom does not have access to the balcony because that door has been sealed shut. Also, due to construction our parking was relocated to out by the street which was a long way from our condo. some other good information to know is there is a garbage chute at the end on each floor. There is also a laundry on each floor with a small charge of $1.50 for each machine Overall had a great time, love new smyrna area and will definitely be back.

Great setup for 2-4 people, very nice balcony view! Good spot on the beach she not far from restaurants and such. I would stay here again.

It was a great spot to bring my young daughter (7) and two nephews (15 & 17) for a quick little family getaway. Great restaurants nearby, beach was clean and not too crowded, and we all had our own space for sleep and two bathrooms. The accomodations were clean and had everything we needed to be comfy! We had a great time and will definitely be glad to come back again! :-)
