Stayed May 8, 2026The room worked great for our family. Island Winds has one of the best locations in GS. It is so convenient. Great view of the beach and access is so easy. We visited in early may so ocean temps were a little cold but the pool was nice and warm. Communication with Kathryn was very clear and she responded to questions promptly.

Stayed May 1, 2026We absolutely love this unit and working with Kathryn. This is our second stay in this property and it never disappoints. Clean and close to everything and so kind in communication. The unit has everything needed and more... especially for the beach! Short (really short) walk to volleyball courts and restaurants. But not in the loud or crowded part of the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay. We can't wait to be back.

The condo had ALL the amenities we needed and more! Great views with immediate access to the beach! Our host, Kathryn, was attentive and great at communicating with us. Definitely recommend!

Stayed May 2, 2025Perfect location. Perfect space. Ideal host. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for same time next year. Kathryn was great helping us check-in, communicating while we were there and even checking on how our DD's volleyball went. Our friends booked another unit in this complex after seeing and hearing about ours. Thank you for a great experience all around and being a great host. See you next year!

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Everything about this property was wonderful! The location can’t be beat! It’s on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, comfortable beds, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The host/owner was super responsive before and during our stay.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at this condo. We come every year for the Shrimp Festival. Great location & walking distance to festival, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend.
