The property was beautiful, room was clean and well equipped

Hello! We just stayed with you this weekend and I wanted to share about my experience. The resort and unit were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. However, our experience with the towel service policy and how it was handled basically ruined the visit. Within an hour of checking in, one of our hotel pool towels was stolen while we were swimming with our kids. Apparently this is somewhat common so that people don't have to pay the $25 fee. We reported it to multiple people but no one cared. They wanted the money. I would recommend continuously guarding your towels or just bring your own. Aside from that, the stay was great!

Our toilet backed up on our first day. We informed the front desk and they sent plumbers to repair two different times. Our toilet NEVER flushed without plunging and buckets of water!!!! The hotel never offered any accommodations for this incredible inconvenience!!!

Best view of beach resort and town!

Beautiful ocean view. Condo was very pretty and well maintaned.

Only one small incident the sliding door is deffective we got lockout in the patio.

Due to Covid-19 and the requirement of wearing a mask it was very difficult to understand and hear the bar tenders, and I called the front desk to verify our pool drinks could be charged to the room, when we went to pay..... the bar said no. We had to pay them, and we were not able to charge to the room.

The elevators was broken. Only one was workworking.

Excellent host

Excellent response time with questions before our stay. The place is so charming, personal details are there. Our check out time was odd- resort locked our doors at 10:30am (check out is 11) and then knocked 3 times between 10:30-11:10., We lost a good 15 minutes of packing (and our swimsuits on patio in rush) due to walking to lobby to get new key cards.. Again, the host was wonderful but resort failed the owner in this respect. We’d gladly stay again- it truly was a terrific place and well cared for.

Clean room

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we’ve had in a long time.Thus condo itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, furniture inviting, and the balcony… wow! The view was breathtaking, and the outdoor seating made it the perfect place to sip morning coffee or enjoy a peaceful sunset.We were a little hesitant at first because we’ve always stayed in the Sandy Beach area and thought this might be too far from town—but to our surprise, the location felt just as convenient and even more serene. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and full of shells—ideal for long, peaceful walks.The condo had everything we needed. While we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was well-stocked and ready to go. We noticed extras like beach towels and floaties. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was great—though minimal, simply because everything went so smoothly.We truly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again for our next vacation!

I would stay here again. It had everything we needed. Bigger than I was expecting. Great view!

Great Stay

Had a issue with the fridge cooling that was fixed immediately by the resort. The staff was awesome and friendly. Short drive to grocery store and sams club. Staff provided extra blankets and towels quickly upon request. There were enough blankets provided but my kids requested an extra. Great view of the pool area and ocean! Quick walk to the lobby, pool, other phases. Over all this was a great room. I cooked every day and had everything i needed as far as cooking utensils and appliances. I would suggest bringing spices and such. Other vacation rentals I've stayed in had some basics. This one has salt and pepper. Also bring laundry detergent if you plan on taking advantage of the in room washer and dryer. This condo was perfect for my family and the owner was kind and quick to respond every time i reached out.

I stay at Las Palomas every time. However this time I was extremely annoyed by the band that played on the beach every day. It was too much and I could not enjoy peaceful time on my balcony. I also wish that they would play the music by the pool louder so you can hear it.

The place was amazing. Just what we needed for a quick getaway.

First time staying at a resort in rocky point it was very nice and everything on the property made it convenient for us as they have restaurants, coffee spot, room service, and so much more I really liked that you can also get your condo cleaned during your stay. You’re also directly on the beach and the pools are very nice overall best experience ever. I highly recommend
