Beautiful Condo Retreat on the River

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful town house on the river with gorgeous views and short walk to the hot springs and shopping.

I could just move here! This condo was perfection, the views of the river from the 2 balconies are so relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee. The heated floors are perfect for cold mornings. Good sized kitchen for cooking and plenty of space if you are needing to work on vacation. Having a garage to store ski equipment was very handy and we were within walking distance to the hot springs which is a must visit. Great location and incredible condo!

Such a beautiful property right on the river! Easy walk to town along the path. Clean and large! Great privacy between the bedrooms.

The house was great. Very clean and organized. Well equipped. Plenty of towels & blankets provided. Beds were also super comfortable. We would definitely book again.

My husband and I have been coming to Pagosa for over 20 years. We have stayed at 3 different condo/townhouses on the same property. This condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked in most nights and kitchen was equipped well enough to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again if it was just the 4 of us traveling.

Our stay was awesome, condo was well maintained and stocked with a few additional amenities. We would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area. 30 minutes from Wolf Creek and right beside the river and springs resort.

This was our second visit to this condo in Pagosa Springs. We were very pleased with our stay again. Everything was excellent!

Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top.

Excellent locations, especially for Colorfast activities at park and easy close access to downtown. Also great for being next to river and walking around river walk. Only thing to note is this is a 3rd story condo, so be aware if with elderly or physical limitations. About 40 steps up, short steps with multiple landings we had no issues with.

Could have been cleaner. Cobb webs from lights and fan. Also inside windows. Dropped something under bed, couple years dust under bed. Bought another small grill for balcony, the one that is there was completely crusted up Wasn’t advised it was upstairs. But that’s ok.

This is a great condo right on the San Juan river. We could walk to town, fish, and if the river had been flowing normal we would have done some tubing. The condo was great, nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked. We plan to go back.

We loved the condo and it was just as pictured. The place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We loved the location being on the river and walkable to town for shopping and coffee. We really enjoyed watching the deer everyday. We would highly recommend and will stay here again when in the area.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! After climbing the stairs to the third floor, you have everything you need!Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. You have all the cooking tools you need to make meals! Love to sound of the river and the deer that visited. This is one of the coziest VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!

very nice place loved being right by the river nice little walking area we came for a first time experience for the Hot Springs. Enjoyed our massage and dip in the springs at Overlook Spa. Took drive and hike to piedra falls otherwise pretty much stayed right at the condo. It was wonderful.

Window blinds very dusty. Window screens dirt and debris. Wasp nests in bbq and above door of master on view decks. Supplies and baths were clean. Extra bedroom mattress very uncomfortable and bedding would it stay on the mattress, causing sleepless nights.Upon entering the unit, we weren’t aware of 40 steps. And upon entering the unit door the entry stair smelled of cat urine.

I thought this was walking distance to the springs, but maybe just a bit too far. And the 4 flights of stairs was rough. But if that does not bother you, this is the place to be. I really loved the location anyway with the sounds of the water. I would stay here again

We had a fantastic spring break stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs! It was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after a full day of skiing. The location was ideal—close to town for convenient shopping and dining and just a short drive from fantastic skiing.We recommend the day pass at the springs resort for a relaxing experience, Rosie's for pizza, and Kips for live music with dinner. A special highlight was the river behind the condo, where my son caught a huge brown trout. We highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Pagosa Springs.

This property was perfect for our ski vacation. It was so comfortable and the location is perfect. We plan to come back in the summer to explore the area.

The place was clean and beautiful and well appointed. Also much larger than we expected ! Perfect place to stay for our recent family ski trip to Wolf Creek. Loved it and would stay there again !

We enjoyed our stay in this large 2 bedroom condo. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries in a timely manner. If our travels bring us back to Pagosa Springs we would definitely consider staying here again.

This condo has exquisite views of both the river and the mountains. The space is beautifully decorated and has a few personal touches. Our family truly enjoyed the visit. I highly recommend this mountain get away.

Very close to restaurants and beautiful river!!

We took a week long trip over Christmas at this wonderful condo in Pagosa Springs. The location is excellent with very easy access to downtown and the hot springs. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay including lots of towels, detergent , and all the basic kitchen supplies. The condo heating works very well and the fireplace is nice. If you want to use the grill would recommend to bring a camping propane bottle (Coleman). The condo entrance is after several flights of stairs and felt very secure. We found the property to be exceptionally well maintained and one of the better property offerings on VRBO. We’d definitely stay here in the future as we had a really pleasant visit this holiday season!

The condo had a cozy feel but also was very spacious. Great view of the river, mountains and wildlife from the living room. We would stay there again.

Within waling distance of a lot of things. We love the proximity to the hot springs. Even my 7 year old was good with waling back and forth. The property was well equipped and was beautiful. Would love to come and stay here again, my family loved it! Appreciate the good communication from the owner and clear rules. Great Place!

Overall, the condo was great. The description does not indicate that there are three flights of stairs to the 3rd level. So if older adults are in your group, it may be a difficult climb, especially when carrying heavy suitcases and supplies. The balconies are tiny. The location and view are positives. The condo is very comfortable, with good beds and cozy furniture. I would definitely recommend this condo for young families and those able to navigate the stairs.
