Beautiful Condo on the 16th green! Dog friendly-with approval…Golf discounts!

Very nice condo, very clean with comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the back porch watching the golfers at the 16th green. We had a little dog and could walk her around the corner of the building to a nice shady grassy area. We usually visit Branson once a year. Would definitely stay here again.

Owner was quick to respond to questions. Nice place, very clean, necessities we available. We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous condo, spotless, smelled great, fully stocked with everything you might need, quiet building, down 14 steps and then it walks out onto a clean back patio overlooking the golf course! Highly recommend - we’ll be back!

Our favorite place to stay in Branson. Close to all amenities. Super fast response from host. Easy check-in. My husband loves to sit out back on patio and watch the golfers. And if you have a dog nice side yard to take them out.

Host was great - very responsive, and the condo was well-stocked and everything was working well. We've stayed at Pointe Royale before, and enjoy all the amenities (indoor pool, very nice bar and grill, etc.).The only downside specific to our family was the bunk bed situation in the second bedroom. Our kids are both in their 20's, and neither liked the upper bunk. It might work well for younger kids. The fold-out couch in the living room was a good option for us.

We had an easy, comfortable stay. The location was great for things to do in Branson. The facility is nice. We used the indoor pool during a rainy day and it was easy to find and access. The host is very responsive, which is so appreciated!The kitchen was well stocked and the drip/kcup coffee marker was tip notch!There was an open grassy area right next to the condo we could walk our dog around. All around a great experience. I would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 plus our pup. The location was quite and and only a short drive to the pool, pickleball courts and clubhouse. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed and more. We were only 5-20 mins from on everything on the strip and Silver Dollar City. Jim was a great host for us and kept up in the loop on happenings in the resort for the 4th of July festivities. We will definitely be booking here again.

We were in town for dance Nationals. We had a lovely stay and this place was perfect for our family of 4 and our small dog. We saw ducks, geese, deer and felt right at home! The pool was wonderful, great location, zero issues.

My family loved the layout of this condo- perfect blend between bedroom/bathroom privacy and living room/kitchen togetherness. The amenities were abound- believe that the owner lives summers here; kitchen had all the pots/pans, glasses/cups, flatware, utensils and appliances that you could want (loved the multi-function Keurig). It was awesome that the Smart TVs had ‘Guest’ accounts for holiday movies without having to change Settings. Clean and well decorated to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the stay!

The condo is just as promised. We fit our family of six without issue. The owner was easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The condo is nestled into an excluded area out of the way of traffic. It’s perfect for dogs too because it’s so quiet & less traffic. It’s a convenient location to come and go from the condo to save money on food & not eat out for every meal! We were pleased with the condo and all its features! The only thing it didn’t have was a ceiling fan, if you’re a couple who requires one bring a fan with you! The space is clean and provides the little extras that not everyone does! Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Branson!

This condo is wonderful ground unit. The neighborhood is a nice gated golf community. The condo is the perfect size for a family of four. I was really impressed with items supplied during stay. Great communication with the owner.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for our vacation to Branson. It was a perfect spot. Just a short drive to everything Branson has to offer. The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home. My daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Branson

Place was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Felt like home away from home. Loved having the pool, fitness center, and eating on premise and within walking distance. 2 boys (6&8) and had plenty to keep them busy/active with the creek in the back and golfers to watch. Good distance from town. Would stay again!

Quaint condo with view of a golf course and small stream. Clean with new appliances. Great location with lots of amenities! Easy access in and out of the community. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Jim provided excellent accommodation as well as communication.
