This was the most affordable place I could find in the valley and it was perfect. Nothing fancy, but the heat worked, the water was hot and the bed was clean and comfy. Sugarbush is about a 5 minute drive directly up the road. I had a surprise snow storm (14 inches) during my stay. Someone on the property was up early shoveling the walkway to my unit and plowing the parking lot. The condo was exactly as advertised, would stay again.
We had a lovely stay at this condo. Beautiful location. The fall colors were amazing!
We visited Vermont to view fall foliage and this was a great location. True to listing. Basically just needed a place to sleep and watch a little TV in the evening. Thanks!
Condo was clean and plenty spacious for two. The fridge freezer needs to be defrosted to better freeze water. No ice trays so bottle water is a necessity to use for coolers. Heat is base board heaters and took some time to figure out the multiple thermostats. Shower is very small not made for a big man. Directions are a little lacking to the specific unit. GPS will take you to the right place you just need to know the building number to look for. All things considered it was a nice stay.
Nice Condo, beautiful area!
If you are in town for events at or near Sugarbush this is a good condo at a value rate with easy checkin/checkout. I enjoyed my stay, but didn't do much than sleep there. The couch is not the most comfortable but the bed is awesome! It is a very small condo and the bedroom feels especially cramped, the queen bed with bunk on top takes up just about every inch of space. The wifi worked well. It was good for a single person, not sure I would want more people to have to negotiate around, or have to cook since it is a dorm fridge. There are more than enough places to grab a great meal around, recommend the Warren Store (breakfast/lunch), Toast and Eggs (breakfast) and American Flatbread (late lunch). If you have the time and inkling the hike to Wu Ledges is nearby and well worth the less than 2mi easy hike.
Great little condo just off VT Route 100 “The Skiers Highway” close to enchanting towns of Warren and Waitsfield. The road to Sugarbush Valley is 300 yards away! Very clean, super comfortable bed (a real plus), enough stuff to do our own cooking. In spite of a very slight snafu, hosts were super helpful and accommodating. When we come back (hopefully next autumn) we’ll try to stay there again. Thank you Bob and Dawn.
Perfect for my needs.
Excellent accommodation. We were there for the Green Mountain Stage Race. This condo was perfect for my son and I. Convenient to Warren, Waitsfield and Burlington. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall, the place is fine. Some good and some bad. First, the good: - location was great. Stones throw to Sugarbush and good food. - hot tub after skiing worked well - if you are not a family, the place could easily work for 2-3 people. - the place wasn’t clean when we first got there and the owner jumped all over it, got it cleaned ASAP and gave us a credit for the first night. Very attentive to our needs! Now, the bad: - tv and cable was ghetto. Standard def and many channels would come in and out. - shower was tiny and the layout for a family (2 adults and 2 kids) was not great. - walls are paper thin and we heard everything from the neighbors...including a barking dog - couch was tired and uncomfortable It’s a fine place for a couple of young folks but for a family I’d look elsewhere.
