Stayed Jun 17, 2025We stayed in this unit for a week and found it suited all our needs. The owner is very attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. The fact that this owner’s policy is “No Pets” was very important for us. We will plan a future stay here and highly recommend it!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Mike responded immediately by phone to two questions I had and resolved my issues. Condo was great ...unfortunately I locked myself out at 8pm Sunday night. Mike drove over and put a key in the lock box in 20 minutes.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Our condo provided a wonderful place to relax at the end of busy days with family. The location is perfect for anything in Carlsbad or Encinitas. Love having a designated parking space in a covered secured area. MIke, our host, is a good communicator. Hope to return to the condo on our next visit.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024The condo is as represented, very clean and with a more than adequate supply of supplies. Stay was comfortable and without any issues, though the lockboxes on the door were somewhat a pain. The condo is very suitable for short term stay at La Costa, and I would recommend it.
