We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. Stayed Jul 6, 2024My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I underestimated the convenience of having a garage on the bottom floor where we could contain all the beach stuff, bikes etc. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and everything was great. We cooked most of or meals in the kitchen and everything was handy there. The unit is right across from the pool and easy to get to the downtown with a short ride or bicycle trip. The parking at the beach access was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. We will likely come back again next summer!
