Stayed Mar 8, 2024Everything was great. Wish pool was a little warmer for this time of year. Pool key was not on. lanyard, had to ask for key.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023I've stayed at Island place 3 times. By far my favorite. So close to Dock street, you can walk to everything you need or rent a golf cart.

Stayed Mar 27, 2023The unit is very small and could definitely use updating. The light in the bathroom is missing the cover & one of the fluorescent tubes was burnt out. The bathroom needs work, including a paint job. The dishwasher is so small that it is practically unusable.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023Well appointed unit. Comfortable and clean. A bit unfortunate that it’s a rear unit on the parking lot with the noise of the major artery coming into Cedar Key. But the porch view of the water was lovely.

Stayed Dec 5, 2022Property was clean and as described. Nice deck and pool area. Walking distance to restaurants and the community beach. Friendly locals, very quiet and safe area. Dog friendly neighborhood.
