Dr's Orders is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 7 in beds. It is conveniently located at south beach less than a block from the ocean near the Pier. (It is a 2-3 minute walk) Once you are parked, you can walk to most of the shopping, dining and entertainment on South Beach.
This is a second floor corner condo- you might be able to catch a glimpse of the ocean.
The Master has a king bed, en suite bath and access to the covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bath.

There is a washer dryer in the unit plus an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
There is comfortable seating in the living room and the dining table seats 6 with two more seats available at the breakfast bar.

You might catch a glimpse of the ocean from the covered balcony- it has a table and chairs.

There are two assigned covered parking spaces in the garage.

We share a junior Olympic sized pool with the property next door. It is the largest pool on Tybee and was just refurbished this year.

    Enjoyed our time. Unit is clean and in great condition. Pat was lovely and dropped over extra beach towels and a beach chair without being requested. Great location moments from the beach, shops and restaurants and easy drive into Savannah.

    We never did get to stay in the property we rented. We were upgraded to the building next door which was in a wonderful location with the beach outside our door and two pools. The space also managed by Ocean Watch was clean and ready for us. Kathleen went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay on Tybee Island memorable. We will certainly return. We were in The Brass Rail building.

    The pictures look great. Very deceiving. This unit is not maintained. It is infested with German roaches and dirty. We picked up the plunger to kill a roach and feces water came out of the plunger. Multiple roaches in the kitchen. Ice machine broken, elevator needs repair, trash smell on the balcony. The building overall is not well maintained. We felt unclean and uncomfortable. The management company did offer another place in the building next door for us to stay and it was much nicer. There are still opportunities on cleanliness in the new place. Bedspreads are not washed between each guest and under the bed was full of dust. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Kathee was excellent. She accommodated us very well. Our condo was very spacious and clean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and it was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

    Our family enjoyed a spring break get away to Tybee island. This Location is a quick drive to Savannah while staying at the beach. Walking distance to shops, beach, pier and places to eat.

    We truly enjoyed staying close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Could setup at beach early and walk back to condo as needed. The condo was clean. A few items needing some maintenance, but nothing that impeded our fun in the sun or family time. Thank you Pat and Kathee!

    The communication and follow up with the property was not very good at all. This location needs a lot of work. The property manager Kathee has no sense of urgency when you call her and does not do what she says she will do. There were a lot of things wrong with this property that she said would be corrected the next day and she never followed up and several calls back to her. Rain leaks into the front windows causing the floor to rot and the knob was off the closest. The floor in the kitchen was damaged the handle on the dryer was broken off. The information on the email sent out and the information book in the room was incorrect to access the internet. The knob came off on the cabinet below the TV. The community pool was very unfriendly the police had to be called for domestic violence between husband and wife and wife was arrested for her action. The elevator was not working properly.
