BEAUTIFUL CONDO 2BD 3 MIN FROM BEACH AND DOWNTOWN

Overall the accommodations were probably a little better than good but not excellent. The location was fairly close to the beach and some restaurants. We used Uber a lot to get around to many places. The two condo buildings are located on a huge lot/field. Apparently the 4-6 other buildings were not built so the open fields blow a lot of sand and dirt. That makes for a lot of dust in the condo. Every other day the dining room table and counter tops and other furniture inside were covered with dust and the tile floors could never get clean. We did what we could but it is impossible to keep clean.The two pools were nice and the beach is just 2 big city blocks away. Unfortunately after just 2 weeks (out of our month) the one pool was out of commission for repairs. All in all we had a good relaxing month. We really missed the entertainment and shows that we experience in Puerto Vallarta. We couldn't find any of that in Cabo.

The location of this property is fantastic, can’t be beat. Walking distance to beach, shops, groceries and tons of restaurants. The condo had not been cleaned properly due to a quick turnaround between clients. Cleaners came back the following day and addressed some of the issues, but not all. We didn’t discover that the floor hadn’t been mopped or the mats shaken or cleaned until the following day, but by that point we just lived with it, or cleaned it ourselves. There were no dish towels or dish cloths for doing dishes, so we had to buy our own. I was supposed to be reimbursed, but it never materialized. Pots and pans were in terrible condition from previous renters, but the whole set was replaced within a day. Other than the poor cleaning, most of the problems encountered were attributed to previous renters not taking care of the contents. Property Manager quickly addressed those issues to our satisfaction. I would return to this complex for sure.

Stayed for a week over New Years. Nicely located. Short walk to the beach and 15 minutes to marina/downtown restaurants and shops. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Biggest drawback is that this condo sits on a very busy/noisy street. A lot of traffic noise. Probably would not stay again for that reason. Other than the constant street noise it was a nice place.

I was on my way to the airport to fly to Cabo and I had no communication from my host. She never messaged me with any correspondence and then I get an email saying my VRBO for that week was canceled. I called VRBO and they hooked me up with three nights in Cabo.

Excellent location. Short access to the marina and downtown cabo.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and other activities which was convenient. We had so much fun going to the beach, eating at beach front restaurants, and exploring the area! I would recommend this as well as using Uber app for transportation because it was cheaper than taxi.

Everything was great the only thing that electricity kept going out the last 2 nights
