Great condo. Outstanding location on the beach. You are a stone’s through from the water.

This property was outstanding and lived up to our expectations!

Pool was small but not overcrowded and nice and warm!Great access to beachCondo not as clean as could be. Lost a ball under the couch. Hasn’t been touched in awhile. Used coke bottle under table in bedroom. Light bulbs in dining/kitchen need replaced. Otherwise fit our needs

The property was spacious and clean . The coffee maker could use replacing since the carafe doesn’t fit under the unit unless you force it . We had a couple kitchen issues which were promptly addressed . The 4 star rating is due to an incident at the pool. The signs state a chair cannot be saved , a person must be present with the chair. One of our group used a lounge chair after removing a towel that was on it. Awhile later , a woman appeared and made a rude comment that it was her chair . The signs should be clear on the intentions of saving a lounge chair. The pool itself was lovely . Overall , the property was very nice.

Wonderful facility and very spacious for our 8 family member staycation! We loved the fact that we were away from all the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but still close enough to visit.

This condo was perfect for our family. Elevator right by door which helps when carrying luggage and groceries. The check in process was easy and the condo was spotless inside. This condo is well equipped with beach gear and baby items if you need them. Pool was very clean and plenty of lounge chairs and separate table area with grill. Beach just steps from pool. The building facing the beach is under construction but the workers keep everything clean. It didn't bother us at all. You won't be disappointed if you book this condo unit. Beautiful sunsets. Rental company is amazing to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

Very Nice Home for a week. Sunsets were amazing. Tons of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Our first family vacation with our son and his family and it was just perfect! The condo the pool and the beach! Local restaurants were amazing Thank you

The condo was a great place and is large enough to sleep many - we had 3 families and there was more than enough space to sleep 5 adults and 4 children. We do wish we would have known there was already 1 pack and play, though! Further, recommend checking out the floors/ensure they are clean; we called and the team did a fully cleaning up on request, which was incredible. Then there is the location - right on the beach with a nice, heated pool and perfect Deck to grill out and eat. Further, the storage room came with all of the beach and pool supplies needed to relax and have fun. Would recommend!

This place is exceptional. We have stayed in the same location 3 years in a row in May and reserving our 4th trip next week. The condo is always clean and ready for my whole family. We had a couple things that we had mentioned about the property from our previous visit and when we arrived this last week everything that we mentioned was taken care of. This is what we call our home away from home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoy the condo and the location. Thank you for sharing your place with us. See you next year.

Great location, great for families, will definitely book again in the future.

We loved staying here. There is plenty of space for everyone (we had 9 at the most at one time). We loved how we could walk to restaurants, CVS, stores. The place was clean and easy to check in and out.

The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with more than ample dinnerware. The pool and grill area were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys.

Clean, on the beach, pool was warm and great for kids. No issues.

The Mattress in the second bedroom needs replacing,must of had heavy person using the left side,had to hang on to keep from sliding onto floor. Stiil damage on grounds from hurricane , nobody was working on it the week we were their. We had to drve into Largo for breakfast and groceries.Must rent a car.

Very nice, spacious condo.

This place is grate. It has everithing you need. Has a good access to the beach. Furniture is outdated and mattresses are very and very dirty. Cleaning is very poor, every bathroom has something missing, mold dust and dirt is everywhere. Overall is really nice place with bad cleaning.i might will come back

This condo had great space and had most everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies, plenty of towels/face clothes and beach supplies. Could be cleaned better especially needed to be swept under tables, couches and beds , but we just did it. The front porch was nice but with rain storms , a puddle was accumulated there most days and remained for days so we couldn’t get to the swing seat without walking through the puddle. May just be this time of year in Florida. We enjoyed the property ! Would come back in the future!

It was everything that was advertised and that we expected! It worked out great for our group!
