Comfortable balcony furniture for morning coffee and sunset wine!

Owners were eager to answer any questions we had. Location is fabulous. Quiet building

The hosts were excellent and timely in communication. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high-quality. The kitchen was full-equipped. There was a nice dining room table with chairs & credenza, a comfortable sofa with chaise and an additional chair. The balcony overlooked the ocean and had two new Adirondack chairs and a lovely high-top mosaic table & chairs for ample seating. The beach was easily accessible and never too crowded in this area of Indian Shores. The laundry room was one floor down. It was very clean with 4 each modern washers & dryers and an easy-pay kiosk. We had a superb experience all-around!

The property and location was very nice. You’re within walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Rose and Moe were wonderful in keeping in touch and they have a list of restaurants, grocery stores and so on in their condo to make the transition easier. I did my 3 mile walk on the beach everyday, breakfast on the balcony a couple of mornings and my glass of wine at night watching the sun go down. PERFECT!!

Rose was an excellent host. The condo was very clean. The beach is amazing as well. Great location easy access to Clearwater and John’s pass.

This was our second time staying at this Unit. It is exactly as described, has everything you could need, and we enjoyed everything about it. The location, the beach, the pool, and the condo are wonderful.

The condo is exactly as described. The host is friendly and on top of everything! They absolutely care about their unit. The kitchen was very nicely stocked, and new renovation on the bathroom. Unobstructed gulf views, beautiful sunsets, clean pool and lots of great food close by (by car or trolley). This was our second stay in this unit which should tell you all you need to know.

We arrived at the condo in Indian Shores tired from travel, but were instantly relaxed by the sound of the surf and the warm, salty air. The space was bright, clean, and welcoming, with beautiful ocean views—we loved starting and ending our days on the balcony watching the waves and pelicans drift by.Our days quickly fell into a peaceful rhythm of beach walks, shell collecting, and quiet afternoons reading. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals, and we also enjoyed dining out at all the wonderful local spots.By the end of the week, we felt completely refreshed. The condo was both a perfect location and a peaceful retreat, with thoughtful touches and everything we needed.

Fantastic view of the beach and the sunset from the balcony, great location. Clean and pleasant with all the necessary utilities cooker, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher with laundry facilities onsite. Friendly communication with the owners via the condo phone.We had a great time with our only criticism being the noisy fridge.

The beach view was un-obstructed from the Unit balcony. The Unit was very comfortable for two adults. Plenty of beach gear was available in the Unit. The door to the Unit was conveniently located opposite the elevator door.

Spectacular view, lovely condo, attentive hosts

Beach was unusable. building construction was out of control pool was full of construction debris. I had to buy pool cleaning stuff no help. The insurance I paid for was a joke and a complete theft and waist of money. Are total vaca was a loss. We called vrbo ya he was nasty as every one always is when it comes to problems

The location on the beach and the view of the gulf completely lived up to our expectations.

Really liked the room itself. Facility overall was run down and in need of repair. The gate to the beach/pool was a makeshift 2x4/construction fencing contraption and we almost got trapped in the elevator...twice. I would have been trapped once, if I wasn't mechanically inclined enough to slide the inner door open and then pull the outer door detent. From then on, we walked the stairs. As hot as it was, I hope no one else got trapped over the week. Other than that, we loved the room and the view. Thae facility just needs to work.

This condo was nearly perfect! The unit had everything we could possibly need, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owners' attention to detail was so helpful. Beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Communication was great as well. Due to previous hurricane damage the elevator was not operating, outdoor restrooms were under repair but a porta pot was provided at the pool area. The pool was great, the beach was beautiful, and the recommendations from the owners for restaurants and beach chair rentals, etc. were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again and this condo may just be one of my favorites! Thanks to the owners for a vacation to remember.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Outstanding location on the Gulf. Only draw back was the non functioning elevator. Glad we were only on the second floor condo owner cares enough about their renters to actually call and check on you during your stay!

Was really nice except for the elevator not working

We had the best time in Indian Shores this month. My husband and I needed a bit of relaxation and rest. This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed! We enjoyed the beach during the day along with going miniature golfing, shopping at John's Pass, getting ice cream a few blocks away and we watched every sunset from our balcony. Salt Rock Grill is a must if you are looking to eat out one night! We hope to be back in March of 2026 and it would be ideal if we had the opportunity to stay in this very same condo.

This was the absolute perfect property for a vacation for my sister and me!! There was nothing that we wished for that was not already provided, including spectacular sunsets from the balcony each night. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach, or to the pool, or to nearby restaurants each night. Quiet location but so much to do nearby. Communication from owner was nearly instant when we had questions. Loved the updated bathroom. Loved that beach supplies were provided. Highly recommend!

This condo is beautifully decorated, so clean & well furnished! Anything & everything one could want, even beach chairs! We even got a call from Rose to make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome place!

We loved the condo on the beach! The water view from our balcony was fabulous ! We loved our daily long walks along the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores. The condo was well equipped with a full kitchen, laundry on property and convenient parking. The only downside was the lack of a working elevator on this property.

My stay in Rose and Moe’s condominium was exceptional! I was want for nothing! They have thought of everything to make the stay amazing! Their constant communication and checking to make sure everything was in order was a welcomed change when staying in other’s properties! What wonderful renters! I will be back!!

The condo was perfect and had everything needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short because of hurricane Helene. The host was in regular contact with us to make sure we were ok. Thank you Rose and Moe!
