Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Loads of Space

Everything was wonderful.

By far the best communication we have EVER received from a host. Lovely pool area and beach within steps from the pool. Accommodations met all our wants with having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella included which are all the extras that make for an all the details are covered vacation .

Highly recommend this condo. We have been coming down to this area (St. Pete-Clearwater) for over 17 years and this property measures up to the best of them. We had stayed in this building (not this condo) 15 years ago. The building and property has been updated and very well maintained. The condo was extremely clean, and very well appointed. They have everything you need. It is very spacious and the furniture and layout is perfect. The owners were great. Great communication and they were there to help with anything. The elevator was acting up and I texted and within hours someone was there to repair. We had a great experience and I think it all comes back to the owners. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend this condo.

Great accommodations, everything you need for a family vacation.

Easy all around no worries or stress.

The level of communication from Jane, Chuck, and Dorothy was phenomenal. After booking they were immediately available to promptly answer questions and provide suggestions. Prior to check-in they thoroughly supplied all necessary access information and property updates to avoid surprises which made check-in a breeze. They were also readily available, if needed, during our stay. The property was clean, welcoming, and exactly as expected.Jane and Chuck genuinely care about their guests. As a result, we had a great time making new nemories as a family without the hassle of unexpected surprises.

This condo and the owners were more than I ever expected!!!! The condo is beautiful and plenty of space for 8 adults. I love that the dining room table and the living room furniture could seat all of us in the same space. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We never had to wake up early to fight for beach or pool chairs. The condo had everything you could want or need as far as in the kitchen, laundry, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Jane was so easy to communicate and very fast to respond to any need we had. Her and Dorothy (cleaning) were so flexible with our times and made our vacation so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Truly one of the best family vacations we have had and there is no doubt we will come back!!!!

My family of 8 stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Great beach , clean sand and tons of shells, great pool, clean and great unit as well. A quick drive to St Petes, Clearwater or Tampa. Will do it again soon!

This is the best condo we have ever had the pleasure to stay in

The condo was perfect for our family of eight. It was well appointed with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was better stocked than of any of the places we have previously rented. It had a large balcony with views of the beach and pool. It was within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Our host and the owner were pleasant and responsive. We’re all ready planning on returning next year.

Everything was clean, very well stocked and comfortable. The owners kept us informed and replied back quickly when we had questions. The property was convenient and pool area very very nice. The beach was clean and beautiful. We would most definitely stay there again. Perfect!!

Our stay was great! The condo was absolutely beautiful ! Very clean and very spacious ! Well stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels spices plenty of plates glasses and silverware, the only issue we encountered was the elevator. This was not the fault of the owner, and they did everything to rectify the situation! The pool and surrounding area was so well main yes and beautiful! Literally right on the beach pool was beautiful, plenty of lounge chairs and beautiful! Give it 5 stars!
